Wizard is just alright. I mean, he has no real upsides or downsides. Maybe I need to just play Wizard more before I can confirm he's just okay.

Actually there was a show that was the american adaptation of Kamen Rider called Masked Rider, and it aired in the 90s along with Power Rangers.
Power Rangers is the american version of Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, the 16th installment of Super Sentai. MMPR aired from '93-'95, where as Masked Rider aired from '95 to '97.
