They have! Down 15-20% on avg depending on property type and area. Still expensive though lol I get it

@@janedee2478it depends on what type of property you are looking at. I think we will see a decent increase in spring prices for freehold homes but no as much for condos. We are already seeing more activity in both but there’s more inventory in the condo market than the freehold. Feel free to shoot me an email if you want a more in-depth answer. [e-mail]
