btw: for guys that want own metal bat combo. beatdown ability works like a magnet so it just brings people again if they are close enough (its good to combo with home run. or other things hard to combo with)
That would be a scary mechanic for Metal Bat, imagine if his ultimate doesnt give you new moves yet will do more damage the more health you lose until the music ends

Usually one of my combos are: M1 Uppercut, Homerun, Beatdown, Foul Ball rock projectile, and if they are as far as Grand Slam goes, you can use that too. I’ll probably try to remember your combo for crazy damage.

One thing about the grand slam 2nd variant is that the enemy has to be mid air to do that special move. Basically if you upper cut them and use grand slam yes it works however if the enemy jumps in the air while you are close and on the ground it will do it anyways making it a good counter to people who jump over you? But it’s noice 👍

an example of a combo i made is:
m1s, beatdown, home run, look where your opponent got sent flying RIGHT AFTER the homerun and use grand slam, then m1 and if yuo didnt extend just do the full m1 combo to do a downslam, then dash backwards and use foul ball

metal bat’s grand slam is a perfect team move, saitama uppercut + grand slam, lethal whirlwind + grand slam, jet dive + grand slam
you don't necessarily have to recapture them in the air with the grandslam uppercut variant, you could just grandslam their ragdoll then dash to capture them as they roll
Foul ball also has a second variant. If you land on someone, you'll hit them more and you'll hit them away.
the best way to deal with runners is honestly to just not chase them because it usually throws them off guard for a few seconds
fun fact: you can hit people out of the air with grand slam after using home run

Lil tip, if youre in 2v2s. If you homerun a player, you can use the grand slam air variant to send him cratering for your bud to follow up on.

I got a combo is 4m1s home run, and a aimed beatdown after your opponent is still in the sky as a combo extend and a upper cut and grand slam and 4m1s and done. Foul ball I don’t rly think it can be a finisher or combo extend like. So just use it as a range skill
Btw groundslam isn’t a variant,when someone is in the air and ragdolls then yes u can do it but u have to “catch” them in order to do it…So u can get really creative with team combos
