Wolf bracelet - polymer clay TUTORIAL

I was supposed to post something else but I came out with sudden idea for the wolf bracelet, when I was casually watching wolves photos :P, so here you have, a wolf. :P On a bracelet. Arrrroooo! Or grrrr, since he is more growling than howling :P.

I sped up the painting part because I painted it quite freely - if you want more realistic looking wolf I recommend painting while watching picture of the wolf :). If you want slowed down version of painting process - just ask me, and I will put it on my Facebook :)

Z racji tego, że uwielbiam wilki, to mimo tego, że miałam wrzucić dzisiaj coś innego - będzie dzisiaj wilk. Oglądałam sobie zdjęcia w Internecie i znalazłam takie: i43.tinypic.com... , które mnie natchnęło do wykonania bransoletki z filmiku :). Mam nadzieję, że Wam się spodoba! Przyspieszyłam znacząco część z malowaniem wilka, bowiem stwierdziłam, że akurat w tym przypadku lepiej będzie, żebyście pomalowali go tak jak Wy uważacie, tudzież tak jak realne futro wilka (patrz obrazek), bo ja malowałam tak jak mi akurat w duszy grało ;).
Bransoletka jest zrobiona z jednej kostki i jeszcze kawałka Fimo Soft w kolorze Sahara i pomalowana zwykłymi farbami akrylowymi. :) Zrobienie jej zajmuje około 50 minut + czas pieczenia (30 minut).

The texturing and detail on this is astounding. It reminds me a bit of a werewolf-- which is a compliment! I love all things werewolfy.

That is so awesome and so scary. :) You have amazing skills to do that from a picture and it looks so realistic when you are done. :) When you first put on the snout though I chuckled a bit as it reminded me of a proboscis monkey. :D Then you put the nose on then shaped it and it looked like a wolf snout. :)

Thank you! Although I always have problems with "realistic", or rather problems with recreating something :P. It is like cooking, I can never follow a recipe, but I have nothing against creating my own. Here I tried to at least match to some frames and not to go too far away from realistic wolf, but it was some effort :P.
Instead of the monkey it made me think for a moment about wild hog, from side :P, and then I got scared: what have I done, this is not a wolf, this is a wild hog! But hopefully it started looking more wolf-like with time :)))
Diav Draconia Ha ha ha yeah I guess I could see wild hog in there too before the nose was finished. :) We have a lot them around Texas. It does look completely like a wolf when you got it finished. You did great with it. :D

Hej! Już jakiś czas temu natknęłam się na Twój kanał i bardzo spodobały mi się Twoje wyroby. Ostatnio szukałam prezentu dla mojej koleżanki, która uwielbia wilki. Zrobiłam bransoletkę podobną do Twojej i bardzo się jej spodobała. Bardzo lubię oglądać Twoje filmiki, masz naprawdę ogromny talent!!! I jeszcze z innej beczki: miałaś może okazję do wypróbowania pudrów metalicznych Fimo? Dzisiaj go sobie kupiłam, bo był bardzo polecany, lecz efekt końcowy trochę mnie zawiódł.

Indeed, flocking powders could look really nice on such bracelet and make it be more realistic :)
How has portal Prelude been going?I assume you have either finished it or are near the end,but,with how busy you are you might be only be up to half way.
And I think you should Try watching Puella Magi Madoka Magica,I can just see all the creative fuel you could get from that anime! And it's only 12 episodes long with it also having a story somehow being really well told in those 12 episodes,it's one of those Animes that is rather morally dark and goes by the saying:
Every miracle has a price.
The movie version has some scenes cut out but the transformations are much more beautiful.
