The sounds used in those are ASMR, Autonomous sensory meridian response, when your brain hears them, you feel great, it's a bit more complex than that but I can't explain it to you in english, check out the wiki of AMSR sounds it may help you

Of course it is incredibly difficult to make a good film, but it is fun to make a film at all and that's why you and anybody else should try it out some day :)
