I know from your videos that you know what it means to suffer. I recently relapsed and almost died of a fentanyl overdose after 8 months of sobriety. Not that I'm a heroin addict but I'm a drunk that likes all drugs. Anyway Jordy the reason I write this is because I Needed to carve today. I decided to watch your latest couple videos and try to get some form of creative direction. I found it. Carve for yourself is clearly the message and that is amazing wisdom. That is a great idea to look at thrift stores and to do different things, but to mainly do what you like and want to do. I am not worried about selling my stuff. I am just giving it away now, and as it gets better I will start to charge when it is really worth it. I am just learning and having fun for now. Thank you for the idea and the great video.
That spirit is Soooo good...maybe you should carve shallow...certainly doesn't look like a quarter inch carving... You always manage to impress us...Great job !..👍😉...🌿🌿🌿

Another master piece Jessie. Pete's mandrels , polyshade and kutzall bits arrived today. Not a mark on the box despite 8 weeks shipping to Uk. Normal stuff from local suppliers ends up crushed in some fashion. It nice to have new friends around the globe. 🇬🇧👍

Really hope you reply.I give these to family and friends .I have been carving for years on bass wood ,but now on hard wood I need to use power tools instead of hand tools. Yes or no?
