Eventhough Chevreuse force you to play overload team, her passive are a lot of atk% buff and huge pyro&electro resistance shred to enemies. So emblem build is still better for Xiangling.
When I put c5 sara c5 benet and chevrous my c0 raiden hit 250k in 1 rotation hahahahahha that why I don't pull for raiden c2 because I don't have primos left hhahahah sad for f2p player but luckily I got him

Why are you not using electro dmg bonus on raiden? Doesn't it give more dmg increase?
I don't have a good on set electro goblet or a good crit circlet. I tested it and this build came out a little bit better.
