So glad I found this!! My spiritual journey has been wild one to say the least. But where I learned the and I believe clung to was the learning you brought forth. I was first introduced to Calvary Chapel ABQ in 1997 - then ended up in Rio Rancho because we had moved out there - we had issues which I won’t speak of but it was the beginning of my husband and I moving to the Jewish Faith. I tried- did the Mikvah and all that and my favorite holiday is still Succot. Went to Israel and fell in love with it - just the emotions being there was amazing. Bit as time went on I still felt lost. Then seeing - in the last year how things are accelerating I remembered what I learned through the Eschatology teachings. My husband and I went to see the “Sound of Freedom” and that pushed me over the edge. Skip, I’m so glad you have these studies online, as your style of teaching has always been my favorite. I have recommitted my life to Christ. Thank you for being here so I can continue to learn. Plus, brings back memories of NM, as we live in Florida now.

The TWO WITNESSES are NOT a “group” of people, but TWO PEOPLE, my dear. To say that they are GROUPS OF PEOPLE(S) does NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. The Bible is “CLEAR” on this!!! These “TWO “ WITNESSES will be eventually killed and after 3 days, laying in the streets will be “caught up” to heaven. The Tribulation period is a time of GOD dealing w/the Jewish ppl (Jacob’s Trouble, Daniel’s 70th week) AND a period of GOD dealing with the unbelieving/CHRIST rejecting gentile nations. GOD/JESUS’ wrath is NOT poured out on The Church/Bride - we DO “escape” HIS wrath of hell and the tribulation period ( Romans 5:9). We are not under GOD’s WRATH!!! Take care. The two witnesses being israel and the church is an interpretation that can be traced back to the first century. I think it’s a viable option. Personally, I’m undecided. However that position does make a a good deal of sense. It demonstrates that throughout human history you have two groups witnessing for the true God. Israel as a nation and then now the church. It’s a great interpretation worthy to be considered in the discussion.

Pretty much anyone who doesn’t adhere to dispensationalism will at least recognize it’s a viable option to view the witnesses as the people of God. Whether or not it’s the correct view is left uncertain. But definitely worth consideration in the conversation.

QUESTIONS:... the Bible narrates that the AntiChrist's NAME will only be REVEALED after he breaks the Peace Agreement/Treaty/Covenant with Israel after 3.5 years (halfway through Daniel's 70th WEEK) that will cause or lead to the ABOMINATION of DESOLATION (Apostasy or Great Fall Away from the Faith)... (Ref.: Isaiah 28:15 / Daniel 9:27 / Matt. 24:15-22 / 2 Thessa. 2:3-8).
Q1?... How come, during the Peace Treaty/Agreement Signing, the AntiChrist's name was not possible to identify?...
Q2?... Is this a SECRET Signing of a Peace Treaty/Agreement between the AntiChrist and Israel that NO MASS MEDIA will ever know who are the signatories from both parties?
Q3?... Is this a SECRET Verbal Peace Treaty/Agreement only without SIGNATORIES, so as not to be identified?
Q4?... Why do we need to wait till the AntiChrist breaks the Peace Treaty/Agreement to identify his NAME only after 3.5 years (halfway through Daniel's 70th week)?...
That does not make any sense at all... For sure, whoever made the Peace Treaty/Covenant with Israel at the start of Daniel's 70th Week, that person's NAME was already IDENTIFIED as the AntiChrist, based on the written narration of the Scriptures, logically speaking... Facts and Truth of the matter.

Skip adds to Holy Scripture. The Bible does not say when the first five seals are opened. Only the 6th seal (Rev 6:12) can be correlated to a narrative event (Mt 24:29), which day is elsewhere called "The Last Day" (Jn 6:39-40,44,54), as well as "The Day of The Lord", when Christ rapture-gathers His Elect.....with a Great Trumpet" (Mt 24:31), and subsequently judges the nations (Is 13:6:13, Jer 46:10, Joel 1:15-3:15) , shortly before burning up the present heavens and earth with intense heat (2Pet 3:10-12), making "The Day of the LORD" also be "The Last Day".

Rev6:17 DAY. Rm2:5 DAY. Zeph 1:15 DAY. Now you know why Paul said we are not appointed to wrath. 1Thes5:9. The reason Paul said this, is because he knew when we would be resurrected. Jn6:39-40,44,54. And if so, could this also point to the rapture immediately succeeding the death of the two witnesses, perhaps when they are brought back to life?
Is it also possible then, that the two witnesses are the Messianic Jews and the Christ believing Gentiles who are raptured upon the appearance of the beast ‘resurrection’ and abomination of desolation?

A Millennium Puzzle to solve… Will Christ be conducting funeral services for mortals killed in accidents 500 years after His Second Coming?
The “first resurrection” in Rev. chapter 20 is not the first bodily resurrection in the Book of Revelation, because the two witnesses are resurrected from the dead in chapter 11. There are two different types of resurrection in John chapter 5. There is a spiritual resurrection from the dead in John 5:24, and a bodily resurrection from the dead in John 5:28-29.
Does your view of the Millennium agree with what Paul said in 2 Thess. 1:7-10, when Paul said Christ returns in "flaming fire" taking vengeance on those who do not obey the Gospel? The fire comes at the end of Rev. chapter 20.
Does your view agree with what Peter said in 2 Peter 3:10-13, when Peter said this earth is going to burn and "dissolve" when He comes as a thief on the day of the Lord? The fire comes at the end of Rev. chapter 20.
Does your view agree with what Paul said in 2 Tim. 4:1, when Paul said both the living and the dead will be judged at His appearing? The time of the judgment of the dead, with reward for some and destruction for others is found in Rev. 11:18, right after the 7th trumpet, which is the last trumpet in the Bible. (This verse also proves the Book of Rev. is not in chronological order.) The judgment of the dead is also found at the end of Rev. chapter 20.
Does your view agree with what Jesus said in Matt. 25:31-46, where He described the judgment of the sheep and goats, which leaves no mortals alive on the planet at the end of the passage? There are also no mortals left alive on the planet at the end of Rev. chapter 19.
Does your view agree with Peter in 2 Pet. 2:4, and Jude in Jude 1:6, when they both said wicked angels are already in chains of darkness?
Does your view agree with what John recorded in Rev. 9:1-2, when an angel comes down from heaven with a key to unlock the pit, which means the pit was locked before that time? Are there wicked angels already in the pit in Rev. 9:11? John recorded angels already "bound" in Rev. 9:14. The beast "ascends" out of the pit in Rev. chapter 11, which means the beast was in the pit before that time.
Take all of the above and compare it to the symbolic language found in Rev. chapter 20, and the fact the Book of Revelation is not in chronological order, and you will have the truth.
      =======================================================================================================
Multiple Second Coming Visions in Revelation: (book not in chronological order )
Christ returns one time in the future. However, there are several different visions of His return shown from different perspectives in the Book of Revelation.
Christ returns at the end of Revelation chapter 6, with signs in the sun, moon, and stars, as are found in the Olivet Discourse.
Those at the end of the chapter are hiding from the wrath of the Lamb.
Why would they be hiding if Christ is not present?
The "kings", "captains", "might men", "free", and "bond" are also found in chapter 19 at the return of Christ.
He returns at the 7th trumpet, which is the last trumpet in the Bible, and the time of the judgment of the dead in Revelation 11:15-18.
The beginning of chapter 12 is a history lesson containing the fall of Satan, and the birth and death of Christ, who is the seed promised to crush the head of Satan in Genesis 3:15.
The Second Coming is found in the "harvest" of chapter 14, which is related to the parable of the wheat and tares in Matthew chapter 13.
He comes as a thief at Armageddon, and we find the greatest earthquake in history in chapter 16. This occurs when the 7th angel pours out his vial. How powerful is an earthquake which moves islands and destroys the mountains? What is happening to the planet?
He comes on a horse in chapter 19.
      Chapter 20?
Does He come with the fire, and the judgment of the dead at the end of chapter 20, which agrees with what Paul said in 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10, and 2 Timothy 4:1?
(The time of the judgment of the dead is also found in Revelation 11:18.)
There are no mortals left alive on the planet at the end of Matthew 25:31-46.
Why does an angel come down from heaven with a key to unlock the bottomless pit in Revelation 9:1-2, if the pit was not already locked before that time? Are there wicked angels in the pit in Rev. 9:11? If the beast "ascends" from the pit in Rev. chapter 11, where was the beast before that time?
Does your view agree with Peter in 2 Pet. 2:4, and Jude in Jude 1:6, when they both said wicked angels are already in chains of darkness?
Revelation 9:14 proves some of the angels were previously bound in some manner.
Because the two witnesses were bodily resurrected from the dead in Revelation 11, the "first resurrection" at the beginning of Revelation 20 is not the first bodily resurrection in the book.
The principle of "Recapitulation" means there are multiple visions of His return.

"The Great Tribulation" lasts only ~45 days, NOT 3.5 years. It is triggered by the "Abomination of Desolation" being seen in a "holy place" (Mt 24:15), at least 1290 days (Dan 12:11) after the daily sacrifices have been terminated "midweek" (Dan 9:27). "The Great Tribulation" is cut short for the sake of the Elect Mt 24:22) when Jesus is seen coming upon the clouds of heaven with power and great glory (Mt 24:30), being the "blessing" for those who attain to day 1335 (Dan 12:13). 1335-1290 = 45 days.

⚠️ People are so desperate NOT to suffer for His namesake and let Him suffer alone on your behalf, but you won't keep His commandments and receive His Words that the Bride must endure until the end and will not love her life even unto death.
Noah was kept through the flood. The three Hebrew boys were kept in the fire. Israel was kept through the plagues. The Lord Jesus is clear about His wrath being for those who take the mark of satan. That has nothing to do with the trials of the Tribulation. He said He will keep and He will.
He warned the Mother of Harlots would confuse and refuse to obey and will deceive the world so, saying she doesn't have to believe His every word. So be it. They will not heed sound doctrine. They will turn to seducing spirits not to believe and prepare to endure.
Revelation 13-14; 17-19 - The Bride of Christ is present and being persecuted...by the universal religion. Some die and some remain alive and enduring until the Lord appears (Revelation 20).
The Lord Jesus also said: "👉🏿 Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn,👉🏿 and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 👉🏿And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet (Revelation 11), and 👉🏿 they will gather together HIS ELECT from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Matthew 24)
Is Jesus a liar? The Holy Spirit warned through Paul that ravenous wolves would come and wicked men would rise up from within teaching deception. ⚠️

Concentrate for a minute on Rev 4:3. Read Ez 1 27-28 and Heb 1 3. The emerald is the stone of the tribe of Judah. Jesus is the rainbow in Chapter 4. It is the most beautiful description of the relationship between the Father and the Son. Also it is clear that no one comes to the Father except through the Son. Give this some thought and then read Chapters 10 and 11. Compare the events in Chapters 10 and 11 to 1 Thess 4 16-17. I believe that Jesus is the rainbow, the angel is the archangel, the roar(shout or command) is issued with the voice of the archangel. The seventh trumpet then blows and we have 1 Cor 15 52. By the way the salvation of the Jewish people is in Chapter 11 - seven thousand were killed and the rest gave the glory to God - just the opposite of when God reserved for himself seven thousand who had not bowed their kness to Baal. May God let us be like the bereans.

Listening to your explanation is infuriating. Your entire "ministry" is based on misinterpreted scripture and is based in fear. You teach a future tribulation and "rapture" yet it is likely that no one who listenns to you is aware of the fact that the entire dispensation movement and rapture is based on Two blasphemous words..."Jesus failed." You teach he failed to establish his kingdom yet he himself proclaims it is here and it is in us. You also teach the rapture which is based on the teaching that Jesus failed to unite jews and gentiles. You teach they are still a very separate people needing TWO separate judgment days. Have you never read anything from Paul? I know you live Jesus, but yiur teachings are going to be brought to light one day.

The "Battle of Armageddon" is part of the "Wrath of God" against the nations gathered after the Euphrates is dried up at the 6th bowl (Rev 16:12), and occurs during the "Last Day" after the Elect are rapture-gathered from out of the extremities of heaven and earth with a "Great Trumpet" (Mt 24:31). This illustrates how interpreting the "Tribulation" as the "Wrath of God" results in misinterpreting the Rapture-timing, and leads one to misinterpret the "Wrath of God" after the Righteous are Rapture rescued, much like Noah and Lot were rescued, when the Wrath God fell in their day (Mt 24:37, Lk 17:26-30).

Skip fails to realize that the "Seven Bowls of God's Wrath" are first seven stages of the "Wrath of God", which wrath descends upon all those not Rapture-Rescued earlier, during " The Day of The LORD", elsewhere called "The Last Day" NOT ~3.5 years before "The Last Day"

@@rofishy2 he does what just about every modern preacher does concerning eschatology he takes the very true word of God yet ignore their historical context and the very people these words were spoken and written to instead of it being about them he twist is to make it about us as have countless other preachers who made these things about their own generation rather than realizing they are about the only generation that witnessed first hand the birth life death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. What this man has done is turned the truth into a lie.

@@lemnisgate8809 ...and YOU are doing EXACTLY what ppl have done, in the past, who oppose the pre-tribulation RAPTURE view. Except I do not remember ppl being so hateful. I am not going to argue, debate, fuss/fight on the TIMING OF THE RAPTURE w/any brother/sister in the faith; it is a secondary issue anyway. You can believe what you want on THIS ISSUE. TIME has a way of PROVING ALL THINGS. Let’s spend our energies sharing the Gospel with the lost. People die everyday around us....lets not let them go into eternity w/o having shared JESUS with them ( they must make the choice of course).
