My wife picked up 46 of the series 2 grav boxes on an Amazon return pallet. I’m proud to say I completed the entire set under $60. My only gripe is that using these against modern figs is insanely difficult, especially the new X-men sets (in my opinion anyway).
Completely an unfair match up. The power creep is real but that happens in all games. The best to do is play with the sets that came out around the same time for fairness. It’s fun to just play campaigns from the same sets. Man this was fun to open though!
@@PrimalNerds I started looking into series 3 sets, I can’t wait to get my hands on the shredder clones. And yes I’m aware power creep is inevitable, however I choose to view it as playing on hard mode.
Lol! Hard mode. Try Legendary mode, Infinity Challenge set against the new Empyre set. That will be a blood bath.
U Have any good team suggestions with tnmt. I love them but can't seem to win with them
A good team is a straight up TMNT team. All 4 turtles with Splinter, April and Casey if possible. The one thing you have to account for is the power creep over the years. The older sets just can’t hang with the newer ones. Lower point costs, higher clicks and better powers. If you play older sets together you will do just fine as they are still balanced within each other.

The 87 cartoon are not the originals
I’m a fan of the cartoons from the 80s but I’m aware the original was dark and black and white coloring with only the padding/bandages in color. Really cool originals but not suitable for children.

I was agreeing with you. Most don’t realize the 80s cartoon wasn’t the original version. I was giving perspective to what the original was to those who don’t know.
