Such amazing talent by those young musicians. I love the arrangement. I've seen Melissa live many times and I would definitely go to this show in Cleveland. I watched it over and over just loved it. This is like the Trans-Siberian orchestra of Melissa Etheridge!

30 years after this song was released I dedicated it to someone
I am the first one to criticize the US but this is an American masterpiece. Amazing how Kansas and Ohio reflected the real American identity far better than California or New York combined.
And then you question, why in such a beautiful piece there are no africans or latinos, were they not invited? or they opted to not be part of the show? Who is to blame? the catholic church?
Nope. ROCK does not translate to orchestras. JUST NO.
