As a child who was also a product of a broken family ever since childhood never to experience the feelings of having a caring mother but then you have the side of your dad, then sooner nawawala na rn yung closureness cause you felt na its fine to accept cause my another fam and may anak na rin. I felt how the character of Gio is in me. Imagine your still young and you thought okay lng ang lahat but then after a while you in the adult age youll realize that its your suffering from pain. It hurts to be honest as both of my parents have their own family as well. However, us children who experience this are thankful as well because we learn how to stand on our feet but then the pain and the sufferrings we experience is much difficult than the heartbreak of our parents. This is why to those who want to build up a family, I hope you think twice and a hundred before giving birth to a child. It hurts to grew up and having this envy feeling when you see a family that is complete and etc.

And as soon as you have i never give a chance to repeat it agin to your own family..But we move on give as a chance to build your own family th our own happiness
Likewise. I still feel the brokenness inside me but still keep on fighting hoping that my future child will not experience what I've been through. Sometimes I feel okay but there are days that I realized that I am not yet fully healed 😭
Korek po kayo jan...ang mahirap pa na sitwasyon is yung sitwasyon na tatay mo na nga lang ng meron ka pero pilit pang inilalayo ng madrasta mo na itinuring kang kakompetensya at ang masakit pa...nag ampon ng anak ng may anak at yun ang minahal ng tataymo...lahat ng pain nakaukit sa puso yun lalo na kung nagiisang anak ka...naintindihan ko yung part ni gio na sya yung naiipit sa lahat ng ito...sana lang bago gumawa ng desisyon ang mga parents pag isipan muna itong mabuti.

The first one na nagsasuffer talaga ng broken family ay ang mga anak,me as a mom i did my very best para d mauwi sa broken family ,but when my kids told me to give up and leave their father thats the time i gave up,i did all my best para buhayin sila without the help of their father kahit hiwalay na kami ng father ng mga anak ko di ko sila tinuruang magalit sa ama nila,i was the one who always remind them na fathers day,bday ng ama nila na communicate with their father kaya hiwalay man kami naging maayos naman sila n may mga sarili ng pamilya at parent na rin.rnx

Grabe to di ko kinaya panoorin in one run kasi I kept crying. 😅 I stopped in between, kasi nasasaktan ako for Gio. Ang galing ng acting ni Zaijian, nakakadala. Tapos yung ending I wasn’t expecting it, I thought may ilang episodes pa. Sa Korean kasi, lumayas lang bigla si Soon Young, unlike Gio, nagleave ng video which made it more heartbreaking. Pero I’m really happy about how it ended, kasi may closure. I was glad to see Jill and Gio finally happy and together again. 💕
Actually mas bitin nga ung sa original, Dr. foster, naalala ko nung pinanood ko parang nag eexpect pa nga ung mga fans ng sunod na season, pero di na nagkaroon.

Gio only proves that you can’t heal in the same environment that broke you… He needed space and he knew if he told his whereabouts to his mother, that he wouldn’t be able to live independently and rebuild his life the way he wanted. Personally, I wouldn’t leave my mother all alone after everything she went through, but I do understand why he had to leave.

I moved far away from my other side of the family cos I couldn't take it anymore and I am still in the healing process as much as it broke me to leave my mom, I needed it to find myself thats why I totally understand Gio on this point atleast he assure his mom that it was nobody's fault and nobody is unloved, it was him who needed to find him own pace and peace
@@marleighdoxeen6622I think the reason he left his mom was because he was starting to see himself drift away from his mother. He was growing up, but it cannot be fixed. It was killing him. Killing both of them. The only way to see himself heal was to ACTUALLY see him in the image alone. The image of him with no stress, no family wars, and no violence.

The ending was bittersweet and it was a great performance from the artists. However, Gio leaving because of a messy life wasn't what i was expecting. First of all, David beating up Jill was enough reason for a child to stay by Jill's side, but Gio chose to leave his mom just because her mom is starting to be close with his coach (which seemed acceptable in my opinion since David, the dad, cheated on Jill). This whole "mess" started there when he came with David and Lexi. I understand where he's coming from but oh well.
Okay. I admit Gio was a jerk, but I understood where he was coming from. He's a teenager, he's angsty, he's moody, and coming from a broken family does not help it. He was dragged by his father. His mother was the only one by his side. But he was starting to lose that closure from her, and it was ruining their relationship. He didn't want that. It wasn't because Jill was starting to get close to his coach, but because of his fear that another mess was about to start again. This entire mess didn't start with him. It started with David AND ONLY David. He cheated, and it broke a lot of things, his family, his relationship with his children, and his wife and mistress. Gio wanted to live in peace. To run away and start a new life for him. Where he wouldn't be haunted by his demons anymore.
