Given only the name “Planetshakers”, Pastor Russell believed by faith that God desired to empower generations and release that ‘sound’ on the Earth. 20 years later, that passionate ‘sound’ is now expressed through multiple church campuses, over 20 albums, television productions, a bible college and worldwide touring. “The reason we do what we do,” says Pastor Russell Evans, “is to create atmospheres in which people can encounter Jesus and be healed, restored and set free”.
