I've learned through my own experiences that when we read the Bible, CONTEXT IS EVERYTHING.
I have felt Yahweh's power and it will be more than you can experience here on Earth. Nothing can make every cell of your body sing in joy except the power of Yahweh. It is wondrous. So now I wait till I can once again experience this joyousness of our Father and his Son. Praise be unto Yeshua who died for us so that we can be saved. Revelation is my favorite Book of the Bible.

Yes, the same thing once happened to me. The same way John cried. But my reason was different so was John's when he saw that no one could open it...at the point in John's life as he was moving from one place to another like a fugitive is more apropos.
Per the Law, each Israelite received land in Israel as an inheritance. The land remained in the family, so to speak. However, a provision was made to allow the sale of part or all of your land to another Israelite. In order to get your land back, one of two things had to happen: either the Jubilee year would pass, when all land returned to the original owners automatically, or you could buy back the land per agreements made with the purchaser at the time of sale. All of this was written on a scroll and sealed. The property's title deed was on the inside of the scroll, and the requirements to redeem or buy back the land on the outside of the scroll. If you couldn't buy it back yourself, a male relative with the ability and willingness to pay would buy it back for you (the kinsman redeemer). This willingness was necessary as it merged the inheritance of the kinsman redeemer with your inheritance under the kinsman redeemer's ownership. We see this in Ruth, where during the famine, Elimelech sells his property in Israel to move to Moab. While there, Elimelech and his sons die, leaving Naomi unable to buy back her husband's land. Boaz acts as kinsman redeemer, merging his inheritance with Elimelech's, which is why the nearer kinsman was unwilling to buy it back and why Boaz and Ruth's son Obed is considered Elimelech and Naomi's child as well.
Here, the scroll that is written on both sides and sealed with seven seals is the title deed to all creation. Mankind sold it when he sinned, voluntarily losing dominion over the Earth to the god of this world. Now we see Jesus, the Lamb of God, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, our kinsman redeemer, has fulfilled the requirements of the redemption of Mankind's dominion over the Earth. The seals are opened as those requirements have been met, and Jesus combines His inheritance with ours, making us joint heirs.

Amen!! This was powerful. What books would you suggest to familiarize oneself with ancient Hebrew literary devices? I knew the #7 meant completion, but I didn't know what horns meant. Anyway great video as always!
Also, just thinking of when you said Jesus is the center of everything (which of course He is), I was reminded by a quote from NT Wright: The way I see it, if God can raise Jesus Christ from the dead, everything else is basically rock and roll. I always wondered why Revelations was included in the bible. To be honest, it's impossible to understand Revelations without interpretation. Now at least I understand some of its powerful imagery.

What if the 7 seal has been opened by someone else who read it and know what it looks like and but it is lost but only a memory of it would be a good and bad thing for it is a God who speaks to you and you would be have to break it seal and send it to the 7 church for it is a prophet of the future and God told John not to seal the end of the revelations for the end time is near
He sobbed convulsively might be a better translation than wept.
Yochanan (John) wept convulsively because there was no MAN found who could open the title deed to the Earth. You know the scroll was a title deed, because it was written on front and back, which was the practice in that time.
John wept because if no one could break the seals, then all of creation was lost because of the curse.
It had to be a man, because it was a man (Adam) who had been placed in the role as regent king, who had lost the deed to begin with, when he rebelled against YHVH. It was a man who brought about the curse upon all of creation.
But the promised Meshiach (Messiah) Yeshua (Jesus of Nazareth) fulfilled all the law and all the prophets, He alone was a perfect sacrifice. He is the Lamb of God, slain from the foundations of the world,
He is the one promised from the seed of the woman, the BRANCH who was cut off, but not for Himself.
He made the way, through His blood, for forgiveness of sin, the way to the Father, and to redeem all of creation.
And now, and forevermore it is a MAN who sits on the right hand of the Father, and will will soon sit on the throne of David, and will rule this world.

It's all about the fact that the scroll was written front and back, which signifies that it is a deed. That was the tradition back then, to print front and back on the scrolls if it was a title deed.
Worthy is the Lamb!!
It ties in to our understanding of the two tablets carried down the mount, by Moses.
Why two?? Was God's font size too big to fit all ten commandments onto just one? Did God print five commandments onto one and five on the other?
No, obviously not.
A covenant like any contact, requires two copies, one for both parties involved.
One copy of the ten commandment was for Israel, one for YHVH.
Those tablets were placed within the place of meeting between GOD and man, in the Tabernacle.
What's more, they were placed inside the arc, alongside manna, (the word) and Aaron's rod that budded.
The rod was a type of Christ, first it was a BRANCH, which is a messianic title, second it was an almond branch, which comes from a tree which was commonly planted by bitter waters, because almond trees have the unique ability to turn bitter water, sweet.
And what was it that covered those tablets in the arc? THE MERCY SEAT!
Our inability to keep those commandments didn't catch GOD by surprise, from the foundations of creation our LORD had prepared HIMSELF a body.
Or as Abraham said to Issac when the son asked the father "where is the Lamb for the burnt offering?", Abraham said YHVH will provide HIMSELF. A lamb for the offering.
Worthy, worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive honor and glory forevermore.

I would say, flesh and blood related, Jesus came nor to destroy, but spiritually, Jesus came and destroyed the spiritual, the works of the devil. In the end of the world, the physical will also be done away with, and there will be body counts, and blood will flow for miles, and God Himself will call for those bodies to be eaten by the birds. That's quite an image picture. The Lamb will comes as the Lion, but in the end of the world, but not before.
After all, Jesus told us, "where the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered".

*JOHN CRIED FOR THIS REASON*
John was an old man, and he had witnessed a lot.
Persecution of the believers had been going on for years by both the Jews and the Romans.
The disciples had all been murdered. Peter crucified, Paul beheaded.
Jerusalem and the Temple, smouldering ruins... hundreds of thousands dead.
Then, John gets to heaven, and hears the news; *"there is no one worthy"* of course he breaks down and cries.
He had mistakenly concluded, all the sacrifice, martyrdom and suffering, was all in vain!

You need to catch up on prophecy. The lord giveth, the lord taketh away. Like moses's staff. The people began to worship the staff over the lord who gifted it. Now people are worshipping the messiah as if the father does not matter. As in these times the bridegroom shall be taken and the living water that we have been repented by, has made many drunk of it. As the wellspring is in heaven and not here forever. So now we do not have the messiah Yeshua to forgive us in the ways we have done send he came. Now we face the wrathful father YHWH the Zealous EL. The prophecies have come to pass for rapture. That was all the elder people of the seventh generation. The ones that boomed the babies or WW2 vets. The oldest cannot spiritually endure these times so they were caught up. For any polytheist region, the first shall be last for those who have known the book and have not walked by it. Americans are the first that shall be last. You do not get a free trip to heaven. You must be a fisher of men or simply be thrown in the fiery furnace for knowing the word yet not living in it. The bloodline burdens of the woody night shade. The wormwood star. The signs will increase with red rose skies and weather chaos. In two times and a half time (2027).
