Passenger you are definitely one of the best artists in the world, in all honesty, you deserve a Grammy Award, but still, on a serious note I do really appreciate your work and the effort you put into. Your songs are beautiful stories.
I once felt hurt towards my own parents but I tried to comfort myself with the company of my friends
A few years ago I was travelling through Peru and while I was lost in the mountains and feeling completely mesmerised by everything, all the while I was listening to young as the morning, old as the sea. It was incredible. I have no words to describe it. This song/ album made me realise the magnitude and magnificence of everything around me. Made me feel completely insignificant yet a part of everything. I will forever cherish it as one of my favourite memories ever. So thank you for your beautiful words. This album is always in my heart.
20 odd years ago I visited Peru and Chile, the mountains, deserts and people were incredible. Get this totally xxxx absolutely adore this song (old and have kids now 😂) but it was most amazing, different soundtrack but get you totally!!! X

Came back to this just to watch "Home" again. Wow, it really strikes a chord (no pun intended) - not just the lyrics, but the emotion with which it is played. I feel it in my core. It made me cry (again) because (1) it reminds me of how I realised I'm a citizen of the world when I was on a working-holiday in the UK, not just a South African girl, and (2) that many of us are reaching the end of our tethers with lockdown, among things - we're sick of it all. THIS is the power of music

Mike, this was my "go to" album, I used to listen to the songs as I walked to work, slowing my pace wanting to get in as many songs before I'd start my work day. The lyrics always grounded me and made me appreciate everything in my life. I had to stop working due to covid and have been home for a few months, and I forgot how much I've been missing it.

The very first Passenger album I heard. It was love at first sight, and I got the rest of them in the following months. It will always hold a special place in my heart. The Long Road is one or the saddest songs I've ever heard. It brings a lump in my throat evry time. The album was a friendly shoulder asI was going through a depression when I got it. Music heals...
I really liked the way the poster on our left side (his right) became blurred because the "heavy" playing of the guitar from Mike. And thus the final seconds with those almost hidden tears escaping from his eyes were easier to "cope" with

I remember seeing you live at Mojo’s Bar Fremantle back in 2008 / 2009 and it was packed and you sang a song acapella and it was one of the best musical moments I’ve ever seen.
