Ador has replied with a 'show proof' letter so the battle continues. Hybe, KMCA and Sony Music Publishing (Korea) were also notified.

I am definitely NOT on MHJ’s side. I think she is a narcissist and a manipulator, but sending a letter is not an indictment or a result. It IS a beginning though. But we shouldn’t make too much out of this, like they did when the petition was sent to the government asking for BTS to be investigated on a bogus claim. It was reported as though that meant they were being investigated, when they weren’t. The government only confirmed that they got the petition. Please provide a source where we can check for ourselves. So many rumors that ai don’t just take commenters word for it. BUT if it turns out to be true, goes forward and is proven, it will be KARMA.
MHJ is the only problematic among the shareholders of Hybe. Zico should be more piss because in the meeting, other higher ups pressured him that his boy group(Boynextdoor)needs to meet the expectation which they don't.
What baffled me the most is newjeans, their family and fans keep thinking that MHJ going through this battle for Newjeans. After that, we all could seen that MHJ lost her confidence, and she was more attentive to the reporters and public opinion. In the beginning MHJ was noisy, was whimsy, she cursed, cried, she was almost hysterical. The first attack was like the one in the lifetime. Then MHJ changed the strategies, and in front of the police station MHJ had another humble performance, after all, she is a human... "You know"? Personally I think that even someone that isn't the subject of an investigation, going to the police station for even some questions, that person will be a little bit anxious. It seems that, MHJ smile and joy was almost like a big rictus on her face, trying to manage the stress she had to endure for many hours. She should know that everything comes with a piece. When HYBE announced that, they will debut the first gg, it was under Source Music and with MHJ the art creator, as she was for many years at SM. That's why the trainees were from the Source Music, that's why she selected the girls she wanted, the youngest ones. So HYBE and Source Music made all the preparations to debut the first gg, under Source Music and with MHJ in charge of them. But...surprise! MHJ didn't want anymore to work under Source Music and asked for her own company to manage and to be the most creative she can. That is the way that, she could convinced both, the CEO and the Chairman of HYBE. So, HYBE started the paperwork for the new company, and that's why it started to be to late for them to debut first the girls they prepared for the first gg under HYBE. Source Music and HYBE managed somehow that situation, and created another group to debut, as they scheduled before the change mood of MHJ. That's why she was upset because she was promised to debut the first gg, but as we all know for now, MHJ told only the half of the truth and created a hate wave against Le SSerafim girls, Source Music, Bang Pd, the CEO of HYBE and even HYBE, as being deceiving her and her first gg. Anyways, Bang Pd and HYBE made the best of them to compensate that, and presented NJ girls as BTS little sisters, and that catapulted the group and their creator in the rarefied air of fame and success. Unfortunately it seems that they lost their minds up there. Feel so sorry. For real!
MHJ wanted her own group and her own company, is where the break in the original contract happened. SHE broke the first GG contract by breaking away from Source and wanting her own company. Did she honestly think HYBE was going to dump their promise to Source and keep it with her when SHE is the one who broke the contract in the first place? So since she broke away from the original deal, she lost her rights to that deal. It is ridiculous that she assumed she would still have the same rights. I'm glad she didn't get the title. Her ego is way to massive as it is. And since SHE disrespects her elders, including the elder groups, F her for wanting the title so that the newer groups would have to bow down to her.

Even as much as I didn't like MHJ from that first press conference. I still believed her misdirection that she brought New Jeans to Hybe and set up as Adore... not that she was hired as some kind of executive and then grabbed at least some of the girls from Source Music. I thought her primary role was to start Adore for NJ. I even had rabid bunnies yell at me that her super high salary was justified because she brought a group that was bringing in so much money. I did know she was an executive with Hybe... but I thought that was in addition to Adore. I waa also mystified why the executive of a major company could damage the company as she did with the first press conference. It's like setting fire to your own house and thinking you can keep it from burning your room. It also made me wonder again about her involvement with V's album Lay Over. It was a good album, and popular had production issues... like not enough initial albums made. What exactly was her role with that album. I know the Tae solo stans may come for me... but I was disappointed in the overall album. It has some songs that I love... but the album itself is pretty low down‐my BTS album list. Also for the longest time I've defended NJ as just kids caught in the middle. But they are old enough to know right from wrong and what a lie is. They should at least tell their parents to stay out of it. And what is this about them supposedly putting stickers around Hybe supposed to do? Could MHJ had hoped to make Hybe's leadership look so bad that she could be voted in?
MHJ was the creative producer, it was they had the songs, the singer, the message that they wanted to send to the fans, and the art creator came with a concept that put all the inputs together to create an output Layover album. MHJ created this the drama around HYBE and HYBE's groups and labels, because she planed to weak HYBE, by getting bad media, low support from the shareholders because having loses, and in the end, HYBE to sell ADORE to her or to a third party, she agrees.
I'm a Tae stan and I was disappointed in the over all album as well. The songs really weren't anything but the same things getting repeated over and over. It had a jazzy lofi vibe and that's it. Taehyung made it work because of his talent and his voice worked best with those types of songs. But over all the album was very low energy and not very impressive. I think if Taehyung actually had more control and if he actually put some of his own songs on there, it would have been better. Maybe it was his lack of confidence (cause we know he lacks it when it comes to making music) so he fell back to asking her for help cause she's experienced. Or what. But his talent. His voice. And especially his feelings and opinions about his look and videos are what shine the most and what made Layover more successful.

Jazz is astronomical different from the music that he and his members are doing in BTS. I think, that all the solo albums showed another face of their own coin. There is the artist in BTS, doing good, happy almost motivational music, and there is the solo artists and their projects, when they stepped out of their comfort zone of making music for more than 10 years. It is ok if you are not very fond with the music that Tae chose to do in his debut album. It is about taste of the music you want to listen. But on the other hand it was his choice to do it. At BTS level, no one can say to them, what to do. BTS members are not on anyone list to be forced to do something they are not comfortable or, confident they can do.

While Tae created some great music... I'm not sure about the songs picked. Creative producers are supposed to advise about these things. I know aTae writes quite a lot, so there were probably other songs he had that could have add3d to the progression of the album. Look... It was still better than most other stuff out there. Bit a couple of those songs would have shined brighter if surrounded by some with a different energy. Just like pop or rock... jazz has a lot of variation that could have been tapped. It's still an album to be proud of, but he's still sort of new to album production. I just worry he got bad direction from her. Anyway... Being a creative director is not as same as CEO of a company. that's why she's used all Hybe connections, staff and endorsements for NJ and even pressured BH staff.

Regarding MHJ's statement that she handpicked NJ members from Source Music's trainees: that is a huge lie. MHJ's assignment was to participate in the training and selection of the LSF. MHJ has repeatedly clashed with BSH over her "do what I say and shut up" training methodology (which she learned when she worked at SM Ent.). This method is diametrically opposed to the one used by BSH with BTS and by Hybe with all of her artists. this reminds me about the netflix series "the Penthouse war in life" where the female antagonist was very successful in manipulating the narrative so that she would come out innocent or beloved, and lay the blame on the person she victimised and that person would come out in the media as the bad person. Even as much as I didn't like MHJ from that first press conference. I still believed her misdirection that she brought New Jeans to Hybe and set up as Adore... not that she was hired as some kind of executive and then grabbed at least some of the girls from Source Music. I thought her primary role was to start Adore for NJ. I even had rabid bunnies yell at me that her super high salary was justified because she brought a group that was bringing in so much money.
I did know she was an executive with Hybe... but I thought that was in addition to Adore.
I waa also mystified why the executive of a major company could damage the company as she did with the first press conference. It's like setting fire to your own house and thinking you can keep it from burning your room.
It also made me wonder again about her involvement with V's album Lay Over. It was a good album, and popular had production issues... like not enough initial albums made. What exactly was her role with that album. I know the Tae solo stans may come for me... but I was disappointed in the overall album. It has some songs that I love... but the album itself is pretty low down‐my BTS album list.
Also for the longest time I've defended NJ as just kids caught in the middle. But they are old enough to know right from wrong and what a lie is. They should at least tell their parents to stay out of it. And what is this about them supposedly putting stickers around Hybe supposed to do?
Could MHJ had hoped to make Hybe's leadership look so bad that she could be voted in?
MHJ was the creative producer, it was they had the songs, the singer, the message that they wanted to send to the fans, and the art creator came with a concept that put all the inputs together to create an output Layover album.
MHJ created this the drama around HYBE and HYBE's groups and labels, because she planed to weak HYBE, by getting bad media, low support from the shareholders because having loses, and in the end, HYBE to sell ADORE to her or to a third party, she agrees.
I'm a Tae stan and I was disappointed in the over all album as well. The songs really weren't anything but the same things getting repeated over and over.
It had a jazzy lofi vibe and that's it. Taehyung made it work because of his talent and his voice worked best with those types of songs. But over all the album was very low energy and not very impressive. I think if Taehyung actually had more control and if he actually put some of his own songs on there, it would have been better.
Maybe it was his lack of confidence (cause we know he lacks it when it comes to making music) so he fell back to asking her for help cause she's experienced. Or what. But his talent. His voice. And especially his feelings and opinions about his look and videos are what shine the most and what made Layover more successful.
@@GrumpyKayI think you are wrong, Tae said to Yoongi in his episode of Suchwita, that even he worked and made his own songs, he wanted something else, something to represent his soul and what he likes, also he wanted to see if he is able to do such kind of music. Jazz is astronomical different from the music that he and his members are doing in BTS. I think, that all the solo albums showed another face of their own coin. There is the artist in BTS, doing good, happy almost motivational music, and there is the solo artists and their projects, when they stepped out of their comfort zone of making music for more than 10 years.
It is ok if you are not very fond with the music that Tae chose to do in his debut album. It is about taste of the music you want to listen. But on the other hand it was his choice to do it. At BTS level, no one can say to them, what to do. BTS members are not on anyone list to be forced to do something they are not comfortable or, confident they can do.
@mona.cabocmona303 But see... I do like some of the songs. It's not about taste. I was actually a jazz musician for 11 years. I appreciate jazz. It's something about how the album was put together. While Tae created some great music... I'm not sure about the songs picked. Creative producers are supposed to advise about these things. Musicians like authors naturally become very attached and non-objective about their work. I know aTae writes quite a lot, so there were probably other songs he had that could have add3d to the progression of the album. Look... It was still better than most other stuff out there. Bit a couple of those songs would have shined brighter if surrounded by some with a different energy. Just like pop or rock... jazz has a lot of variation that could have been tapped. It's still an album to be proud of, but he's still sort of new to album production. I just worry he got bad direction from her. Anyway... I'm hoping the new photobook is kind of pre-publicity for a new alb7m. Hopefully, it will be one that MHJ had nothing to do with, so there will be no question.

Because for me, living outside of kpop, the concepts she made for SM groups didn't look like wow!?? From what I saw, MHJ is influenced by western music so, so much. She is 44, and it seems that she is stuck in the late 80' or early 90'. She even made New Jeans concept to look like Jeans concept only using a little bit shine colours, to make the old to look New.
I don't know how much MHJ influenced Tae, and how good she is at creating concepts. Because she isn't a musician, I think she didn't do so much about the music, but in the end it was the artist choice. I think that Tae experimented a lot with the album, and I believe that he wanted to see, how he can do something completely different, like you said it isn't jazz. In the end, I like the he tried something else, and then... it is Friends. That means that he can do more, as you said. Let just wait for his future songs.

With all this going on with MHJ it certainly is interesting about Kakao legal problems when acquiring SM thru stock manipulation prevent Hybe from buying it. I'm sorry if I sound like a conspiracy theorist but I still think MHJ has ties to people in SM that were in on her plans

I think the only reason New Jeans' parents protect her despite all the evidences is because they are really treated kindly by MHJ. But they wouldn't really know about what goes behind their backs.
