    Ingredients:
    Brown Channa or Kadle - 1 Cup
    Fresh Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup to 3/4 Cup
    Grated or Powdered Jaggery - 1 Cup
    Ghee - 1 tsp
    Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Method:
    In a Pan, add 1 Cup of Brown Channa.
    Dry roast in a low flame about 10-15 minutes or till you get nice aroma from it. Also the Channa turns little dark brown and changes its colour.
    Transfer to a plate and cool it completely.
    Transfer the cooled Channa to a mixer jar and grind them to coarse powder. Do not grind to fine powder as it will not give good taste to the prasad.
    In a bowl, add 1/2 - 3/4 Cup fresh grated Coconut.
    Add 1 Cup Grated or Powdered Jaggery.
    Add 1 tsp Ghee, 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder and mix well with the help of a spoon.
    Now add roasted powdered Channa and mix everything well with the help of your hand. Ensure all lumps are removed with the help of your fingers.
    Now Kadle Panchakajja is ready
