i am loosing hope. So many people are telling me to give up, and that i need to move on, but internally i feel like this is my person. I need to heal and learn how to receive love since i’ve never truly had a healthy relationship dynamic in every sense. Especially in the familial sense.

But what if my "counterpart" was so selfish and fast to hurt me, talking about third party, being avoidant and retrieve love and attention to give to any random "goal" or "problems" for example partying, and after that the third party, and after that saying they better but doing the same with something more "healthy" like biking but still the same patern. never the attention and energy to the connection plus getting an advantage by having me giving more for the both of us but I mean, if I heal and he keeps doing the same avoidant fearful shit I end up going two steps back, so avoidant to not even looking me to the eye during sex or while telling me he loves me, or like really not caring while I speak, totally ignoring me for the phone, I don't know if I'm lacking discernment, or what! But yeah, that was pretty fucking unbalanced and I allowed it! For way to long, and now I feel codependent and know that the best for me is to break up, duh, but again..
