Turning right at Crossroads

In this driving test fail, the student approached the traffic lights just before the test center, preparing to make a right turn. They correctly moved forward to wait for oncoming vehicles, but after the road cleared, they noticed a pedestrian waiting to cross. Unfortunately, the candidate came to a complete stop in the middle of the turn, creating confusion for both the pedestrian and other road users, as there were no stop lines at that point.
