In 2000 Pakistan and Vietnam were at the same level in terms of exports. However Vietnam's exports are forecast to rise 9.46 per cent this year to $368 billion, the trade ministry said, with the manufacturing hub expected to benefit from newly-signed trade deals despite economic headwinds in its major markets. In this video we have tried to explain the Composition of Vietnam’s export basket as well as the Composition of Pakistan’ export basket.

Also one thing u forgot is Vietnam is ONE PARTY efficient autocracy whereas pakistan just like India is a cesspit democracy.
