Oliver is interesting pick. I've been running the exact comp this season and struggle against speedteams. I guess oliver is only when contesting speed?

Ya has its weaknesses but u dont really need any skills for bp

I pick oliver for more than one reason.
He has a great spd lead, but he is also not a usual cleave unit.
So by picking him early, i make it less obvious for the opponent that im trying to cleave.
He is doing good dmg build on critdmg and has decent base spd.
And he is countering juno a little bit, since she is never on will, i can just reset her for some time.
