Well Sleepy moon , yan-chan isn't really a conventional seriel killer or murderer. She's still a bad person for murdering but she has a motive to kill and that is her obsetion with senpai . She's not really doing it because she likes it (maybe she does lol) but she's mainly doing it for senpai and following her mothers footsteps to achieve her goal :)

This is great! If the Yakuza gets added to the original story mode, then this would be the perfect reason to try to turn the delinquents around! Yan-Chan could talk to the councilor/Info-chan to learn about the backstory and that the councilor plans to try to rehabilitate the delinquents, then Yan-Chan could offer help to the councilor and that's how she helps the Yakuza. There are so many possibilities from just one video!
I really love this idea but with the release of 1980s mode the Yakuza has been sent to the past.

I personally like the idea but it's unrealistic. The bullies took it too far where they even considered suicide. A hug would not be enough speaking from experience. It takes way more than that. Plus they already have a shell they won't come out of because of the trauma they faced. They push Ayano if she gets too close same for anyone else.

Apparently dark hair is like a symbol of conformity, since naturally just about everyone’s hair is dark, its almost in the same league as a uniform, so dyeing your hair (especially bright colors like blonde or some kind of neon) is practically damning while in school or work because it really is just associated with delinquency by authority figures and older, more conservative folks. An interesting bit of cultural difference between here and there imo, but I’m a massive fucking geek 😅 lololol

Tbf, those weren’t Akademi High students, they were from some other school. Also, Genka didn’t actually see the event take place and is, based on the recording, very suspicious if said fight even happened, only sure that a.) Osoro defended herself from a number of attackers, maybe 10, maybe more, maybe less and b.) that the Delinquents witnessed the event. She can’t really do anything because she can’t punish Osoro for defending herself from being assaulted, and can’t even learn anything conclusive about the events that took place
I will list reasons why Osoro was not expelled:
1- The guys tried to assault her, so technically it was self-defense.
2- it Happened outside the school gates, so Akademi has nothing to do with it.
3- She assaulted students from another school, not from Akademi.
4- She did suffer a punishment, she was suspended for two fucking months.

I seriously want to cry, because this is something that I can really relate to. When in my middle school years, I was also constantly bullied because I was a very weak and quite girl. Speaking with my parents and the school staff about this did not help the problem. Instead, I was the one who got in more trouble, that I was exaggerating it. Until an old classmate of my class defended me by fighting my bullies, she told that I needed to do the same thing if I wanted to everybody to leave me alone. So, I did it. I still got into trouble with the school since I fought back. It make the bullies to leave me alone after a time, but it also make it difficult for me to make friends. I wish there was a teacher or staff member like her back in my middle school. People, even my family, called me a delinquent, and all my years I have been think that I was just really a bad person back then. Thank you Yandere Dev, thank you! Not all delinquents are truly delinquents at all. (Sorry for my bad English) Have a nice day!

Because a there is a good deal of the characters are violent, cruel or distasteful, so it’s easy to be receptive to the characters who are kind, demure, passionate or willing to make up for their mistakes, like Miss Kunahito, who cares about her students and cares about her profession

i really love watching these because it gives me an idea on who these characters really are and gives me a sense of lore. one of my fav characters is genka, and to finally sit down and hear her talk about her goals really ties her character together. great job yan-dev and thank you marissa lenti for the amazing voice acting that really tied this together!

Schools need more teachers like her. She wants to solve the problem that she says she is guilt for and that it is her responsability to fix it. In a lot of schools noone cares if someone is being bullied.
She is so cool (though she could fix the problem before when she had the chance, but everyone has mistakes and, some people, like teachers, don't want to recognize them like she did)

There's more than one path that can lead to becoming a bully. People generalize bullying too much nowadays by saying it starts at home but its not always the case. You can have the perfect home life and still become a bully. A lot of bullies started out as being victims of bullying at school.

Honestly if Osoro's 'main' elimination method is expulsion, it'd be way too obvious. Like she's kind of a rule breaker, it would be wayyy too easy to get her caught. Maybe it could be getting on her 'true' side and somehow make her not attracted to senpai or something.
I also have ideas for Osoro :
1. You can't eliminate her by directly attacking her, she is too strong for yan chan
2. You can eliminate her by lowering her reputation, Senpai will reject her when she confesses. However if you eliminate her by doing this, she will stay at Akedemi and it might make things even more harder now.
3. You can't lure her with laughing, she would also not care to do so at all

I'm starting to like this head counselor.
After watching this, I got ideas:
After the ten weeks, Yan-Chan just has to make sure that everything goes as planned: Keep them as they are, delinquents. Then, if the guidance counselor is dismissed, along with the delinquents, and of course Osoro, that just lessens the workload of Ayano since she no longer has Osoro to deal with.
And/ or this:
The guidance counselor said that if Osoro breaks a rule, even the teeny tiniest one, she'll have to be suspended. If Osoro knows this, she'll behave, yes? Or atleast try to. And this is where Ayano's evil plan starts:
She can do something offensive to the school, provided no one knows, and have a picture of Osoro looking like she was the one who did it. And all she has to do is report it to the guidance counselor. Assuming of course that the counselor will investigate the matters, finding proof/evidence that points the Osoro, she has to be suspended, and I guess that if the counselor doesn't see any improvement from the delinquents behavior, she and they'll have to be expelled.

Honestly i love this insight to the Guidance Councelor and find it amazing that she blames herself for what happened to the Delinquents. I'm hoping that Yandere-Chan can somehow help her achieve her goal of helping the Delinquents (even if it would be very out of character for her)
Not necessarily out of character. If reforming the delinquents is an efficient way to get their leader (her rival) out of her hair, she'd be willing to do it

The delinquents also guard the incinerator, an important piece of equipment for Ayano. If she can get them to take up a more normal routine, it might leave the incinerator unguarded...
That still leaves the female delinquents.
I think that it gonna be a task, if yandere-chan reforms them for her... she'll owe her a favor... ;)
Since she's gonna be one of Ayanos rivals, killing her may be insanely hard considering that fighting of a normal delinquent is hard enough. I think the easiest way to get rid of her will be getting her arrested or expelled, considering that she's a delinquent and has a bad reputation
Wonder if we could manipulate her into attacking a student like gossip about her then tempt her too attacking a student

So now we know why Osoro isn't at school, why the delinquents don't like the bullies, & why their tolerated at the school buy the faculty and student council. Also, that's why the student council members only attack Ayano when they see you fighting with an delinquent because of the agreement. Love how everything is coming along with the game & great work on the back stories YanDev!
