Hopefully, the condition has been resolved. If not suggest adding in-line plastic check valves at portside and starboard side vent drain lines. For me, my lesson learned from this condition is keeping vent drains above the water line when suggested boat loading (weight capacity) has been exceeded. The mention from my comment earlier about the functionality of the automatic bilge pump is paramount. Don't just turn on the switch to engage the pump and hear the humming that it is turned on. In my case, I filled it up with water to engage float switch. The pump was humming, but no water is coming out of the vent drain. Hmmmmm....I wonder why. Since the pump is very accessible, I disconnected it from the base mount and also the drain line. I flushed the drain line with garden hose and put it back together. Now it is working again. I figured, perhaps the drain line got obstructed by wicked creatures. I live in South Florida.
Hmmmmm....I have 2013 Cobia 237 and I was having similar condition. The inside intake drains do not have adequate elevation (for gravity) versus the outside port and starboard discharge drains. Some drain hoses are just draining to the inside bottom hull and collected and discharge by the bilge pump. I always have standing water collected on the wide center deck compartment intake drain hole ONLY between the front seat/cooler and anchor compartment (Note: all compartments staying dry). I installed a hose tee to tie in the front starboard side intake hose to the wide center deck compartment intake drain hose. I used my garden hose to learn the water flow circuit. Just keep in mind that any lower intake drain will just funnel to the bilge pump for extraction. One note to remember, always check up on the functionality of your bilge pump. The pump is high flow to extract unwanted water in case needed. Good news to share. My boat is 10 years old and I am super happy with the fit and finish (quality). This truly an offshore fishing boat for family. The boat is pretty sealed up, and I only get water in the bilge when we unexpectedly encounter high incoming waves and of course, we get drench too. Boat has great posture.
Have you checked the owners manual? The fish box should be connected to a macerator, and the output of the pump discharged overboard. Have you located both macerators?
I have a cobia 262 and I found the same situation with my fishboxes not being connected to anything. Did you ever find out what is going on with the drainage of the fishboxes?
The first thing I found was my toilet pump out wasn’t connected to anything. So I assume the same guys at the factory that were supposed to connect those lines didn’t. Mine must be a Friday afternoon build. Everything else is perfect on my boat except the pump out line not being connected and the two lines from the front storage never being connected. We’re the macerators on your fish boxes connected to anything?

Hey fellow 240cc owner. I just checked my boat. That port is a drain for your dry box / cooler.
Thanks for the reply.
look's a like the tubes are for upgrade to macerator pumps for foward seating boxes.

Someone at the factory forgot to connect the hoses...should be an easy fix.
I work on cobias. Don’t do anything call your local dealer
Did you hear from Cobia, or take it to the dealer? That is not a small problem.

That tube is supposed to run to the toilet pump out.
It’s not, I have a macerator that’s connected to the toilet that lets it out below the water line.
