A lot of the time it’s a mobile device causing it because they changed their password and an app is authenticating with old credentials or it’s a Mac and the password is stored in the keychain and didn’t propagate across all devices.

There might be the issue is with non-interactive logon. To identify correct computer name you can enable netlogon logging.
