Think ive been following you for just under a year now and your infectious enthusiasm, influence and positivity have given me that final push to doing the good stuff i was too lazy,but not far off,doing! So...ive dumped the cheerios,bought chia seeds (how much are they!!) ...which i have on my cereal with fresh blueberries and strawberries .... and now Flaxseeds?!! Drink water rather than softdrinks (and yes...Tea!!) and am horrified at how much salt and fat are in the things i use to eat! Needless to say ive dropped a waist size from 32' to 30' which is HUGE and given me a real boost personally.....Still love the fashion vlogs you do,especially the behind the scenes at shows etc.....and wow!...how your subscriptions have lept to 10K....more than deserved for all the time you put into connecting with your followers,how you find the time to reply to so many i dont know as youtube is not your only platform....but please - as it all grows....keep your feet on the ground-i'm sure you will...you make the world your in very real for a lot of people!

I just wanted to show what I eat exactly and since it's all clean you can just eat until you are full, listen to your body and get in shape! Thanks for your comment and great observation skills ;-)

(long live the carrot haha)...and for first time in my 40s. .(im 44) I have my 6 pack back...it has been hard work and very enjoyable ... nice to get inspiration from somebody very dedicated to his profession... ..it's been fun and ain't letting go of my abs anytime soon haha...thank you...to those reading out there....take note of Mario's videos. .this guy knows what he's talking about

For breakfast does it matter what you put in the Greek yogurt besides the oatmeal and some berries and could u change it up some days And so u don’t do lunch but just snack on some healthy stuff but I usually eat lunch so idk if I should eat snacks and forget about lunch or should I just have lunch or should I have both and if I should have lunch what do u suggest I should eat cause idk what to eat Lastly I usually eat what my parents make for supper but I’m wondering should I say something or eat something else depending on the food

Good info, Mario. Try grounded flaxseed, it's absorbed more by your gut than the whole ones. That's what I add on my food. It's high in fibers so it makes you feel full longer and it's also high on Omega 3 fatty acid.
Especially since he wakes up at 5 am. That's 6 hours awake, 6 hours while sleeping that's like 12-14 hours without a meal. This is lowkey a ketogenic diet
I also want to have the healthy stuff that you have. I badly want to lose weight 😢. But it is true that you need to store carbs at the start of the day so your body has something to burn throught the day. Thank you for the tips!
