1990's Khaitan magnate ceiling fan 1200mm(48") performance

this is bush and not double ball bearing,had it been upgraded to double ball bearing previously then it would've been better
overall a good fan to have with very good performance.
Month/Year Of Mfg:1997(month N/A)
as it's a 1990's fan it gives better and thicker airflow because of better blades,the older you have the better,strong 16p ensures it's long life,please conserve this is if you have as khaitan no longer makes this kind of fans anymore.
best fans were from 1991-2005 and yes in 2005 the only ones before epro were better..until this had bush,all good, never go for the dbb version.
for precaution:oil the bush once a year
if not able to then check spindown on a regular basis.note that the spindown should be above 1min.minimum,else remove and lubricate,if still not feeling free then replace the upper bearing for better performance..overall,the best fans of khaitan:-
