This tutorial was really helpful! Learned some new tricks to put to use. Thank you.
Looks amazing!
I just looking for this. Thank you.
good job Emeric
Great tute!
Good educational tutorial. I started with hyperlapses and want to start editing and stabilizing my drone footage via rltimelapse, lightroom, premiere pro and after effects. In doing so, your tutor is going to help tremendously because you explain it so clearly. Greetings from the Netherlands
Okay I need fresh Eyes for this bucket of information!! Great video bro!
Thank you 😘
thank you
Ah merci beaucoup pour ce tuto. Been a while I’m wondering how to stabilize this kind of timelapes. Unfortunately I don’t use aftereffect but I’ll try to find a way to do it either in fcp or davinci.
How would I stabilize a aerial hyperlapse with only sky, clouds and ocean in the frame?
Hey Emeric! Great video. One question. I’m having trouble tracking and with playback. What specs you have or how do you optimize AE? THANKS!
Hyperlapses and timelapses are difficult to edit, i suggest 32gb of ram and good processor, you also can use proxy for fast preview but you can't stabilize a proxy file with adobe software
Yes it's difficult to use AE at the beginning! I started with only 8go, 5used by window, and the remaining for AE. And it's clearly no enough!! Now I have 16go, and it's really better!
But it's the minimum! For my work it's good, and if needed, don't forget to use proxies without change the ratio or other important setting, and use also the quality setting of the preview (space or 0) and the quality preview directly of the windows where you have the video preview.
Hey. How to stabilize top down drone timelapse? It was little windy during shots and unfortunately I have rotation on video. Stabilize Motion won't work to this.
Thank you for your great videos Emeric. Anyway would be possible to have and plan some private lesson with you? How can I get information on this? Thank you!
Sorry for the delay, I do offer private lessons. Please send me an email emerictimelapse@gmail.com
will this work if i am pointing straight down and getting rotation (not just movement)
??
You just need to find an attach point that will be visible for the entire timelapse, but yeah the tracking works the same.
Followed your step by step but just at the beginning when i do Stabilize Motion and i select Position and Rotate track points, my hyperlaspe moves and shake so much... what could be the reason?
Did you do track the entire timelapse and then applied the stabilization? Check if your tracking points are not moving between each frame. If they are, you can go back and manually adjust them.
@@EmericTimelapse Emeric, i did it. At 9:33 even if my tracking points stay quite fixed, my clip is shaking when enlarging original composition to fit my entire video. Also, at 13:49 my video is still shaky and warp stabilizer at the end doesn't fix this .. where am i wrong?
In my experience warp stabilizer is enough 99% of the time for drone hyperlapses.
