We will get hit by FFP the following season if we don't get Champions League football. That's what they want, and if they fail, I can't imagine that many fans will turn up to games anymore. They will start selling players left, right and center, we will get back to our mid-table positions once again and we'll restart the so called "process" over and over again, and we'll end up being mediocre for more than a decade like United actually.

Poch was popular with players but had zero trust from the fans. There were a few who trusted "the process" or who happily sang 3 little birds. I wasn't one of those.
To continually spew buzzwords like process or we aren't under Roman anymore is to say we have to accept mediocrity. It's a dulling of your expectations. With it they should lower game fees for match going fans.
They didn't though. Poch continued to make poor subs and not embrace the club. That was all his choices. I wanted to see him do well... After Xmas it was clear he wouldnt change his tactics or even clap the fans. That can be said for 80 percent the players as well.
The club isn't healthy from the top down. It's not ALL on Poch but he's shown some fight the last part of the season and pushed back on the club's ideas. It's the first time I've enjoyed his persona in post match interviews.
I like that he's gone down at least fighting for having a say in transfers. Egbhali wasn't a fan and tbh it's him who has the major say at CFC. It's Todd who is just the face of the owners.
I can only hope we hire someone with some guts but it'll be another "yes" man. That's all the owners want really... Someone to push "the process" to us all again.
I will keep faith in the team but have almost no faith in the upper management of the club.

We've been so unlucky with injuries however we lost the Carabao cup with a far superior XI compared to kids! And not to forget we dropped SO many points against a 10-men burnley, brentford & nottingham forest. There are no excuses for these results, which if had gone in our favor, we would be in the UCL now. We cannot allow standards to keep dropping.....a process requires results as well ultimately. Bohely and Eghbali see things differently and Eghbahli has the sporting directors on his side. So thatâs an issue
However when Poch met the sporting directors they asked him about the training regime. Several players have been injured like no other. They didnât see eye to eye on that mainly. If they gave Poch More power who is to say they wonât get injured.
That was the main issue. I know with Poch we would have several more issues on the field and off it with injuries
