I think in ur second sentence is mistake why because of we never uses v2 or v3 forms after the immediate of "have to". Or u can say that we have met him - this is past tense. But "have to " refers for present sentences.

Vashista sir, My diary:--- Today i got up at 5.45 am. I dusted off the blankets, and made the bed before going to wash room. I brushed the teeth with warm water due to rainy season. I took bath after taking tepid water. I performed pooja before cooking breakfast and coffee. In this mean while the servant kept the house clean and tidy. She took coffee and went away with her carry bag. We took breakfast. After 15 minutes we took coffee. While i was taking some relaxation, we received a call from my relatives. They called before coming to my house. At 10.45 am they reached home. I have cooked breakfast again.
They took breakfast and coffee while it was hot. I cooked lunch and served it to all relatives and they would eat while it was hot. .After taking meal, we were chilling out among ourselves. I gave coffee.
We cut some fruits and ate them. We took coffee at 6 pm. I made a lamp to god after taking bath. My relatives went to sleep after taking dinner. They went to sleep I relaxed for some time. We took dinner.Tomorrow by this time i fall asleep. I yawned many times i was about to sleep. I completed it sir. Good night sir.
