mine doesn't give me the video selfie option but will send an email code after my cell phone code and then it just gets stuck loading and loading and is unresponsive. i tried on 2 cell phones and my pc and my ipad. i tried not having a photo and it wanted my original email which I know but it sent a message to that email which is inactive/old. so then I said no access and it said u must have the original email. then on the ipad I managed to get asked for a password in the past year and that didn't work either and it 100% my password. mine doesn't give me the video selfie option but will send an email code after my cell phone code and then it just gets stuck loading and loading and is unresponsive. i tried on 2 cell phones and my pc and my ipad. i tried not having a photo and it wanted my original email which I know but it sent a message to that email which is inactive/old. so then I said no access and it said u must have the original email. then on the ipad I managed to get asked for a password in the past year and that didn't work either and it 100% my password. I have had my account over 5 years. I'm extremely upset.

When going through the steps you mentioned Instagram asks us for a previous email or phone numbere, I provide the previous email, they then ask for a 6 digit code that was sent to it, I provide that, then they ask for 6 digit number from my 2FA (I never had a 2FA setup), so I get stuck there and do not reach the point where I can do the video. Yesterday I was deactivated and I can't send appeals coz it said user id not found they told me to send pics of me holding a code. I did that 4 times and they sent me an email saying it's been disabled for going against terms.
