I just got ours today! How do you adjust the chest straps? I tried to feed it through the strap that holds it down but it seems too big to slide through?

Are the wheels rubber or plastic?

I thought they were rubber from the videos I saw but mine finally came in and they’re plastic. Not sure how to feel about it now “/

Yes it can be removed completely. It also swivels to easily remove children
