  • My plan is to lose 20lbs in 10 weeks with my own challenge that I've set myself. This is just a quick update and introduction to what I am about to try and achieve.
    I have been trying to lose weight for the past 3 years, hopefully setting myself a challenge will get me motivated.
    I hope you guys enjoy this vlog, I hope to inspire, motivate and entertain at the same time.

    I'm starting Sunday and hope to lose 15 pounds so I'm pumped to follow your progress Christian. Best of luck you can do it. By the way I luv that metal Predator mask on your office wall, it's a great piece 👍 Now I will have my afternoon nap & listen to one of your guided sleep meditation stories as my insomnia house guest has been around for 6 weeks and just won't leave lol Oh yeah I think I was your 100 viewer on this 😊

    You can do it Christian!! It takes 28 days to make something a habit. Also wit the exercise will be creating more endorphins and positive feelings!! Thanks for letting us come along with you on this journey!!

      Keep me motivated 😱 I get to two weeks and something happens. Got to be more disciplined this time. You’re right, if I can do it for a month then I can complete the challenge . Thanks for your support 👍

    You can do it, Christian! You know you can because you’ve done it before. I lost 22 pounds in six months by following a conventional diet plan.
    Then I lost another 30 pounds in three months by following a ketovore , and some days a carnivore, diet. I was never hungry and never had cravings. Just thought I would throw that out there in case you are evaluating different diet plans. I did it to reduce arthritis inflammation, but was very pleased with the weight loss. After only about three days of eating that way, I was able to go off an 18 year Nexium dependency for GERD and a 9 year dependency on a powerful steroid for colitis. Because of both of those drugs, my bone density is in the toilet now,as shown on a recent DEXA scan; but hoping to build the bone back up with my new way of eating. Yes, it’s possible!

    You can do it, my son and myself are in the midst of losing weight and we both have lost over 30 pounds albeit since easter we are losing it slowly but we are losing and if we can do it I have faith in you being able to lose it, I know you can do it!!

    you got this I know its so boring to eat healthy and we love our snacks I also cut out carbs workout 5 days a week been doing it for over 20 years i do allow cheat day and keto ice cream helps lol take it one day at a time best of luck

    Yay a little vlog! You can do it! You were working on it a while back & did well so I’m sure you can get back into the swing of what you were doing. I need to do the same but I need to lose more than 20 lol ugh! I had 2 surgeries this summer & steroids with each so the steroids didn’t help matters. I still have to wait a bit to be healed enough & then I hope to somehow get the weight gain down🤞🤞
