All of these cities are ranked according to there median home price which is accumulated form websites like Zillow. We have only listed one city per state and that too with a population of at least 200,000. But be aware, there is a reason why housing is cheaper in these cities, Some of these cities are facing high crime rates, lack of infrastructure, low demand, and a very low employment rate.
