3:12 - Man, that is a game changer.. I had no idea you could do that. I mean I render effects out in After Effects and then import them into Premiere, but I didn't know you could take footage straight into AE. Insanely helpful!

Like you said, each software has it's own uses. I've been using Premiere Pro for everything, be it simple text effects or more complex logo and countdown timers. And I've been told many a times to switch to After Effects as it will be more efficient, but don't know where/how to start. Watching this video I thought to myself this is exactly what I need.
Yeah you can do a lot in PR but its a lot of hassle and limited options. Imagine if you're already good with PR doing certain effects. What you could realise with After Effects 👊

Honestly i felt no need to open up Premiere after I learned After Effects. There's nothing you can't do in Ae that you can do in Pr, and i find Ae easier to use as well.

I started with premier pro and thought it was really professional and great, I had after effects as well but watch some tutorials and thought it looked to hard so I was too scared to use it. Eventually I did use it and it is 10x better than premiere pro for vfx and stuff and I use it way more often than premiere pro
Would you recommend to only use after effect?
I have both on my pc at the office but the function of make a ae composition in pp don't work.
I think it's one of the best features and without that, working with both feels muddy
Well, they kinda interact with each other. If your making a full on short film or music video some of the effects would probably be done in after effects but when putting together all the clips you’ve got you would do it in premiere pro. If you just want to do some cool 10 second special effects shot or compositing trick, you’d do it in after effects.
So basically after effects is good for making a cool effect you want while premiere pro is more of where you put all your clips together for a short film or something

how about davinci resolve? Can Davinci Resolve replace Premiere Pro and After Effect?

After effects is the workhorse, premiere is for sound, editing clips no vs at all you need both

Same as well, I have completed feature length documentaries in Ae without a hitch. I have tried Premiere, but I can't understand it. So many more steps to do simple things.

It's not once you get a hang of it.. It's really easy. If you want a difficult software I'll give you one: Houdini

Used both and After Effects is for people who have 3d skills 2d skills , illustrator skills, Photoshop skills, can use Animate etc, in fact Multimedia artists, Premiere is just a slimmed-down version with fewer plugins and less support. and more for Video editing, I wouldn't be surprised if Adobe dropped it in a few years. After Effects is far more superior. and you can comfortably edit video content within it.

Джангл is Possible 每天 make a contract , there you need to write that there Will be no charges in the edit , iff there need to be Some changes , the clients need to pay the extra edit hours .
quick Answer : Premiere Pro Is made For Editing Any Videos From CZcams to visual effects when it dosent have that much to offer but its very good and quick to Use and fast to learn but after effects is made for visual effects with great insane power from youtube to any movie with super powers takes along time to learn but its worth it

A question is very neccesary or important have PR if you use AE?
yes it is beacause its much easier to cut your footages and you have also many possibilities inside of pr like stabilzing you shots, color correcting them and stuff like that
another big plus from pr is the much decreased render time compared with ae. unfortanly pr has no inbuild render so u have to use the adobe media encorder which is really fast, the results has a good quality and your video doesnt need much storage

you can drag and drop you pr timeline or your ae composition in the ame render queue chose your render settings and strart your render
but ACTUALLY render (so i´m glad u used the word export) is the wrong word. Adobe only calls id rendering but in fact its an export
rendering is if you export a 3d scene wich is only made with the computer. u can do this aswell with ae but only if u have e3d from video copilot and the results are absolutley horrible (most of them)
The best alternetives are Maya, 3Ds Max and Houdini or if u are seraching a free programm u can use blender aswell for youre 3d scenes
I'd say after effects is better in video editing then premier pro like many content creator use after effects such as xenox.

hey bro i know cgi is amazing and great but if you want to hold a sword than u can just do it in real because its much easier and saves u a lot of nerves beacause masking in ae is really annoying if u havent mocha pro

I started working with after effects. Now I learn premiere and it kinda sucks for my creativity. I just do the cuts and nothing other in premiere. Even the transitions I do with AE

After effects is so much more straightforward than premiere, you just need higher spec computers, but for fine grained control, after effects kills premiere. Premiere is a blunt object, after effects is scalpel.

But I improved in time and came to the borders of after effects and swapped to nuke and houdini beacause if you are know these programms you can achive really fast really stunning and hollywood lever vfx and cgi
