if none of these solutions worked for you, try this: you would need someone else’s airpod case. first you would want to remove your airpods and put them into the other persons case and their airpods in your case (make sure they aren’t having the same blinking light problem as you). then connect your airpods through their case. once it connects put on your airpods for a few seconds then put them back into your case. after doing this it should work :))
i dont rlly know what happened to mines only the left one works and when the right airpod is in the case it js constantly blinks but if i put the left one in the case and take out the right there isnt any blinking, probably just something wrong with my right airpod.
Here’s what I did and solved my problem: -Put both AirPods on the case, plug in the charger -Close the case for 30 seconds -Open the case and go to bluetooth on your phone and forget this device -Hold the button for 15 seconds with both AirPods inside the case and wait for the light to blink white orange then white again -HERE’S the trick, you’re gonna remove from the case ONLY the AirPods that is working and leave the other one which isn’t pairing inside -Press the button of the case again and notice it will only be blinking the green light. Go back to your phone on Bluetooth and select your AirPods manually. This worked for me hope it works for you guys too.
Sorry man this only scratches the surface. There are SO many other reasons why the light is flashing green. This fix isn't going to work for most people.
IF YOU CANT GET THE LIGHT TO CHANGE FROM GREEN TO WHITE, DO THIS. I was having the same issue and here’s how I fixed it. Simply plug it into a charger and then hold down the button on the back. This should change the AirPods into pairing mode. Hope this helps.
okay so update... they are working again... so what I did was I left the case open and let it continue to blink overnight... along with leaving the AirPods out of the case. it ran all the batteries dead and I left them alone for three days. then I charged them up again and now they are working fine. I'm starting to wonder if its a software issue or its a problem with the case
This was my last straw with Apple. They really have gone downhill over the years. There’s nothing I can do to fix these.
