What's new:
- Map update, added a part of the Netherlands
- New bus terminals to Groningen, Leeuwarden, Arnheim
- Added 2 new buses
- GPS rework, added a minimap to the UI
- Added top speed modifiers to performance upgrades
- Added driver hands and a more realistic driver seat
- hotfix 1.5.1 removed some roadblocks
- hotfix 1.5.2 fixed Kassel terminal and tow truck
