How To Play Libertalia: Winds of Galecrest by Stonemaier Games - Learn Board Games

Libertalia: Winds of Galecrest is a re-publication of the 2012 pirating card game, Libertalia, from Asmodee and designer Paolo Mori, with a whole new sky pirate theme and some new mechanics from publisher Stonemaier Games, best known for their modern classic, Wingspan. In Winds of Galecrest, you and up to 5 fellow sky pirates select a character with a unique power from a deck of 40 to play on each day of every given voyage. But while the deck includes 40 cards, you'll all be starting with the same hand of 6 cards every round. Let the mindgames begin! Winds of Galecrest also adds modified rules for single-player and 2 player games, making Libertalia fully playable at any player count from 1 to 6.
