- Life inside quarantine can be difficult, especially if you are separated from your loved ones by a thin plastic sheet, but it's the safest way to control a spreading virus. Today we wanted to conduct an experiment on the effects quarantine has people locked in from the world and challenged our favorite staff writer to quarantine himself from the rest of society for a week. Watch our new video to see if he went crazy being isolated, or if he just ended up missing his girlfriend.

I wont lie...this video really made me tear up when he was talking about how his girlfriend missed him and how at the end of the day he just wantsto be with her. Like that's real love. well living spaces in LA are more expensive so... it's objective maybe if he were to move to the suburbs of Georgia or sum the cost of living would be lower.
Well honestly LA is expensive. I live with three roommates and I'm still paycheck to paycheck. Compaired to other rent prices in LA, this place was my saviour!

It is nice not having to make excuses to avoid people. In these last 2 months I have only been to the shop for supplies once a week. I started this as soon as cases started popping up in my country.
If I needed to go into a complete quarantine I would choose a cabin in the mountains.

8:20 I really appreciate you touching on that part. I have been under quarantine since February 2nd...it is September 29th now. Quarantine's are nothing new to me given I've been very ill since I was two. As I've aged my body just starts fighting itself more and more. I had to stop going to school years ago, have surgeries a few times a year, take more medications than my grandparents combined, be on frequent bed rest (more like bed arrest) and other life altering stuff...You begin to feel isolated and people just look at me like I'm crazy especially if I try to explain it. What you said there about getting a different perspective really means a lot. It's hard to show other people a glipse into my medically run life and share that perspective. Thank you for including this đ€

He flexes her because she is affected by the challenges. It's part of the challenge is dealing with the girlfriend she is almost as much involved as he is. You hear how he talks about her they are clearly much closer than 90% of married couples. They are wonderful together and hearing about her struggles with his challenges makes a much more complex entertaining story. Besides if you were with her you would brag about her too.

I love these challenge episodes and as far as Iâm concerned the employee that does the challenges is the most important and best person working for the info graphic show. Thanks much and keep doing it.

I remember David he went to my school Wilkerson intermediate. He caught the flu after a marrow transplant and shortly after returning to school he caught the flu from another student. Now we have the David award for students who have overcome the most obstacles at there time at Wilkerson. Hope this was informational.

Dunno where you live but here we where given it straight by our priminister like a doctor to a cancer patient.
No medical service in the world can survive this without social distancing and quarantine measures.
The NHS would collapse if we went about as normal and even if we strictly adhere to guidelines we'll be lucky if it was a near thing.
The death rate is over 10.08% in Italy and they're the only one that honestly reports the deaths. And that percentage rises every day.
Last I checked resolved cases are
44% dead to 56% recovered in Italy
60% dead to 40% recovered in the US
75% dead to 25% recovered in the UK
People likely die faster than they recover which biases the recovered to dead statistics but also exponential new cases drown out the older ones suppressing death rate. Truth is we don't know how bad it is.
This isn't about you dude. If the medical system in your nation fails then the death rate will be around 20%
Most of the world is third or second world and won't stay above water.
We have a decent chance of hitting a global death toll of over a billion. That's more than every war in human history combined. Not even including secondary deaths from the third and second world burning.
And people can get reinfected. One study found 14% already reinfected after testing negative.
This is serious dude. If people don't take this seriously at this major step then they will be responsible for countless lives lost. And if we all s t the bed we could face civilisation collapse.
I know I sound alarmist but this is the reality we face. If we faced this weeks or months ago this wouldn't be such a cluster f k but all calls for action where drowned out with it's just a flu bro so we have to try to make the best of it or give up and bug out now.

I feel for you. I have been in a similar situation where I was self quarantined in my basement to protect my wife who is a high risk. I am an "essential services" employee. I was still required to go in to peoples homes regularly. That was finally changed and we stopped going into homes. I can't wait to be with her again! You really don't know what you had until you've lost it.

I never realized how hard quarantine was until I had to stay inside my house for a week and a half so far.
I was so stir crazy that last night I spaced out and spent 30 minutes looking at cereal boxes.
