@Alondra Torres One absolutely CAN know whats better for their own skin and body-particularly when most physicians are given the majority of their training in Western medicine of “treat the symptoms” and not the root cause of disease. Those doctors are given very little training on nutrition (a proven cornerstone of good health), much less natural/complimentary therapies that could be utilized before turning to pharmaceuticals that always have side effects. No, I am not an anti vaxxer btw. I am a firm believer that medicine has its place; as in for serious issues (including a pandemic). However, most negative outcomes in health can be avoided by proper diet and exceecise (the things many people don’t seem to want to do). And, granted, many people don’t want to do extensive research like I have, but there are plenty of herbs that are healing and safe. Some are not and natural doesn’t automatically=safe and thats why its important to research and also seek the advice of an integrated medical practitioner. But to say your average doctor knows everything is severely limiting belief at best and dangerous to your health and takes the power for your health out of your own hands. There is documented healing of all kinds of diseases simply through diet, exercise and herbal medicine. Don’t underestimate it-or yourself.

salwa as lol “soothening” anyway, rose water is 99.9% water which means in true homeopathic fashion any antioxidants it contains are intensely diluted and thus don’t have any active effects on your face. It feels soothing but so does spraying water on your face. It’s also a “natural” product which means the beneficial components are not isolated and compounded in a way that is purposeful like a commercially available product would. I personally don’t mind products with rose water in them, but using pure rose water on your face is a total waste of money. BUT GO OFF SIS!

lol but the things she called POISON aren't in fact poison at all but rather really good for you..Basically, what she's saying is that, pregnant or not you deserve mediocre things and she's using a dash of superficial feminism to sell it to you..No one says to avoid ingredients when you're pregnant because they are POISON but because they are unsuitable for fetuses ...just like, every kind of food that an adult can eat isn't suitable for babies or children..or even all adults..like nuts, for some people, it IS poison, for others, it's an AMAZING superfood....Radishes, Tuna, Cheeses, herbal teas, caffein are all bad for the fetus doesn't mean they are POISON🙄...And ANYTHING can be toxic if taken enough..water and oxygen both can be toxic after a certain level, doesn't mean you should stop drinking water and breathing Oxygen...oh and snake venom and poison ivy are all-natural ingredients as well but let's see just how good that is for her..And literally NOTHING in this world is chemical-free...we ourselves are giant glops of chemicals

As a dental hygienist I can tell you that learning your holy grail oral hygiene routine from Seinfeld is most likely going to steer you wrong. Additionally what she was doing is kind of the opposite of what you are supposed to do (use a 45 degree angle with bristles toward the gum line and use tiny circular motions). I have never heard of what she was describing. Finally, as much as I have tried to go all natural myself, those bamboo toothbrushes typically (not always, but typically) have hollow bristles that harbor way more bacteria than synthetic toothbrushes do. And finally, the bristles are also typically not contoured to the teeth and gums the way other toothbrushes are and tend to miss more. Maybe she's doing fine and her teeth are perfect. But just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone who thought about doing what she's doing. ✌🏼
