Seriously thinking about Luxury Pergola. Maybe one other option to your build would be to have a Pergola with two posts and an anchor system directly to the house (structure). Also I watched this whole video and you didn’t even show the final product……. Or is that part ‘B’. 😊
Attaching to a house comes down to making sure customers hit the studs. That's a tough ask, for some customers. We are currently working on a Part 2 with us building the whole unit. You'll get to see more of the pergola there. We have unloading the truck, unboxing the unit, and building the entire thing.
@@theluxurypergola I hear you. Here in Florida we have fully poured concrete headers that we can tap right into. Also do you guys provide drawings and specs for building permits where necessary. Footers for the posts etc. A must here in Florida. Other than that I've been following you closely and what was especially eye opening was the comparison to other pergolas. The guage size difference and eye for detail.
