দই আলুর দম বা কষা দই আলু|নিরামিষ দিনের জন্য বানিয়ে ফেলুন অসাধারণ স্বাদের রেসিপি|Doi Aloo/Dahi Aloo

  • Ingredients & process:
    A. Potato: 10 nos.
    In pressure cooker, take adequate water, add some salt and boil the potato. Two whistles only. After all the steam get released from pressure cooker, take all the potato on a plate and let them cool. Remove the skin from all. Cut them into two equal pieces. Now take a frying pan and add:
    B. Mustard oil : 3 tbsp, let it be heated up. Now add the boiled potato, fry them with medium to high flame. Now take separate them from oil. Now in the same oil in frying pan add:
    C. Cumin seed : 1/2 tsp
    D. Bay leaves : 3 nos, broken.
    E. Cardamoms : 2 nos
    F. Cinnamon : 2 nos
    G. Cloves : 2 nos
    H. Black pepper : 4 to 5 nos.
    Fry them well with low to medium flame, 1 & 1/2 minute. On the other hand, in small bowl take:
    I. Cumin seed powder : 2 tsp
    J. Kashmiri red chilli powder : 1 & 1/2 tsp
    K. Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
    L. Coriander seed powder : 1 tsp
    Now with little bit water make a paste of the above. Now add this paste in the frying pan, mix well and cook for 2 minutes with low to medium flame. Now take the below items in a mixing jar:
    M. Cashew : 2 tbsp
    N. Curd : 1 cup.
    Make a paste. Add this in the frying pan & also add:
    O. Salt : According to taste.
    P. Sugar : According to taste
    Q. Hot water : 1 cup
    Now add the boiled potato. Mix thoroughly. Add:
    R. Green chilli : 4 nos
    Cover the frying pan, let it cook for 5 minutes, with low to medium flame, open the cover, mix little bit. Off the flame and keep for 2 minutes on standing time. Enjoy.
