Make It Happen 2024 Creative Funding Workshop

Make It Happen 2024 is our flagship grants programme offering seed funding for new cultural and creative projects in Waltham Forest, taking place between May 2024 and January 2025.
We hosted an online training session for potential applicants to find out more about the programme to support them in making an application. The session was facilitated by Hassan Vawda, a lifelong Waltham Forest resident and experienced arts professional who has worked for Tate, Greater London Authority and Arts Council England. He was joined by Lewis Toumazou and Niamh Tuft, Programming Managers at Waltham Forest Council coordinating the Make It Happen 2024 grants, with presentations by past recipients of the Make It Happen grants discussing their brilliant projects.
The session was recorded to support more people in this round of grants. Applications close at 5pm on 26 February 2024.
