- Lorestan traditional nuts
These traditional and authentic nuts were prepared by Ms. Goldaste and her daughter Fatemeh in the beautiful city of Khorramabad.
When the wheat soaked in milk and then dried is roasted with high heat, the washed nuts are also roasted and then the rest of the nuts are added.
Sesame, raisins, pistachios and walnuts were other ingredients that were added to these nuts.
Kalang and Beneh pistachios or mountain pistachios are known by different names and types in different parts of Iran.

در شیر و زردچوبه خیس کرده بودند
یکی میکفت با اب پنیر وجوش شیرین خیس کنید گندم پوک میش گندم با پوست باشه یا بدون پوست متشگرم❤❤❤
