I just breezed through hard mode chapter 10 got 3 levels left before getting the workshop of brilliant light. Armour break decimation skill at 400% charge hits for over 160 thousand and breaks the shield in one hit.
I would say Armed set for sung jin woo is great since I'm more like a damage user than crit but yeah I really like how the Armed set is very useful for damage attacks
I have a mix of armor kinda Kargalan Jacket & Glove (2 Set for 25% Ult DMG) Hard Leather Helm & Boot (2 set for 8% Crit) Full Expert set Helm, Jacket and Glove have Crit% +1 while boot just has normal crit% so it adds to 4700 even tho it caps earlier. Pairing it with 2* Scythe and 0* Plum sword (plum difficult to get F2P for no damn reason)
Off topic, kinda, but the one hit kill build on meilin is absolutely busted, with her unique ssr wep at 4/5 advancement and her at 3/5 advancement. I can near instantly shred every boss with her, everytime i start a mission she has her ultimate ready, and it charges from attacks while using the ult, and will be refreshed by the time its over. Then you swap to your 2nd character (usually a team buffing character) use their abilities, and after about 10 seconds, you can swap back to meilin and have full MP and a charged ult. Seriously shes insane.

If you are ch 13 already, I don't recommend using Level 40< artifacts for sung. Give him 50/55 level artifacts if you are still new, you can go for level 45 artifacts but don't use anything below that for sung.. Also, pro tip, don't go level +14 any artifacts that are not Legendary/Epic Level 55/50. Only level 50/55 artifacts deserve +20 level up. It just waste of resources(I lost 200k gold😭). Complete dungeons(Igris, Wolves, arachne, Cerebrus) level 5/6 at your level for level 45/50/55 artifacts.

Use black lion(armed)/One hit kill/toughness/destroyer sets. These sets are great but depending on gameplay style choose a set and grind for them. I'm using 2 Level 55 One hit kill artifacts, I still need to grind for other 2 level 55 artifacts and it takes time. Make sure attack and crit stats are present in artifacts. Other stats only decrease the number/doesn't increase the power significantly.
I have all of my graphics on low and i put resolution yo very high and it looks good bad side my game slow down so bad also i really domt care artifacts right now i only care about beating story mode

You have to equip it. Unless you don't have it and you're just reading it. You have to fuse to get it.
