I know you said that there’s no lore, but I think I might know how this goes.
At the beginning of the song, Boyfriend, who is normal and not at his trolling state, would encounter TGT Sonic, who is in a happy mood. The background is similar to when they first rap battled, and this time, he doesn’t get pissed when he begins to lose. Only odd thing is that Girlfriend isn’t here, unless you want to include her in, I dunno.
At 1:09, just as Boyfriend hits the last note, the screen would fade to black. It would play a cutscene, still a black screen for now, and you’d hear a laugh from the Lemon Demon, before he said "He is mine, and now… you’re next." When the guitar rift plays, red glowing eyes would appear, along with a Kefka laugh. Lemon Demon would say "What?", and then you would hear a demonic voice saying those three iconic words… "I am god!"
At 1:25, this is where things go to hell. The screen would flash red, and after that, you go back to the game. Things that you may notice is that the background would change to look like Angel Island had burned to the ground, while the substance was spreading on the ground at the right side. Another change is the characters, TGT Sonic would become YCR Sonic.Exe, whilst Boyfriend, and maybe Girlfriend if you include her, would become corrupted. Faded notes would start to appear as they continue to sing until the end, where no, Sonic.Exe does not get corrupted, because he is god, and as far as the corruption goes, you can’t corrupt a more twisted god like Sonic.Exe.
That’s pretty much it on my end.
