- I trained with a blind bodybuilder for 24 hours. I came across Justin’s story online about how he pursued his passion of bodybuilding despite being completely blind. This really inspired me and I wanted to step in to his shoes for a day to see what it’s like body build blind.

Man, I feel ashamed that I got of shape in the last 2 years and here we have Justin going through all the difficulties as someone who lost his vision, pursuing what he loves.

Same. I gained about 30lbs during covid. I went to the gym today and am committing to 3x a week. That's an easy goal to hit. My sister is half blind due to cancer. It's good to have reminders to keep us moving forward.

This is the most amazing thing I have seen in a while. I am legally blind and I'm 43 and they have just now made enough advancements for me to get my driver's license for the first time. I truly feel blessed for the world that we live in today

So inspiring - I lost hearing in my left ear one day, no good reason, it was just gone. It is nothing like going blind in my opinion, but as someone who has enjoyed playing and listening to music and being social, single-sided deafness has made many things I love far less easy and satisfying. Props to this guy, I teared up a bit watching his enthusiasm.

This was really cool , also would be hard to judge yourself and what you need to do in your journey . You would have to rely on others that won’t lie to you . He must have a legendary kind to muscle connection . The fact he had vision first tho helped a ton . I wonder if someone fists who started blind from the beginning . He is sort of like a vegan who used to eat meat . Still inspiring don’t get me wrong
