Fighters like Rose Namajunas who remind us that the most important thing in life is self discipline, self control, and self love
None of us are perfect, including this list, and I get that trash talk is part of the sport. Drama sells, and most of it is just for show, but the true mark of a champion, is respect. Sean and Colby lack these core values unfortunately
