Shadow Clone is bugged and only repeats your actions for 1% of the dmg you deal. Yeah, that pretty much makes it the worst skill ever.
I exchanged the skill for poison trap and exhcnaged a few points for additional crit chance or attackspeed, depending on where the build is at. I also made a small new section in the planner explaining the changes a bit.

I can’t even get shadow clone to do anything but stand still for a few seconds and then disappear, I’ve also noticed that mobs that create a shadow doesn’t work either
Was there a change to the paragon board?

I've found Shared Misery to be really, really good in this build. You almost always CC entire packs.
Have to say this build is OP! My rogue is now level 97 with 38K AP, 9,3K armor and 37K life. Still haven’t found a mob that this build doesn’t obliterate in seconds. And yes this is very simple to use with next to zero chance to die. 👍👌🙌

I think i read in your notes or comments somewhere that once we acquire and equip Harlequin Crest we are going to need to shift shadow damage to a piece of gear to retain the max damage resistance but i can't find it for the life of me. Can you help explain that piece so i know what to prepare for? Thanks!

Trying to figure out where the chilled/frozen damage comes from if caltrops is not on the frozen choice. Think he said it comes from the gear which I'm still unsure.
Had to google a bit but I'm assuming it's "lucky hit chance to freeze".
your total strength 524, my 478 I didn't get some paragon rare bonuses. how can i fix this ?
i droped all the trap things on my build. misery on amulet. the whole room is frozen,vulnrable and dazed with 1-2 arrows
Misery is a damn good idea! Didn’t even think of it
good for clearing, but for bossing doesn't help much, does it?
Esp if you dont use something like +30% damage on amulet (45 then). So you probably loose almost 50© of yout damage output. So use it on boots. This is way less loss if damage.
@@animago81 put it on boots and its still effectif. the problem is i got the selig amulet 🤣since my rescource is always full(inner sight) im not dying anymore.
@@drscout5998 nice. I had selig last season. Was pretty nice. Used it with the boots that drain all energy with one core skill (dont remember the name). That combo did well to blast bosses.

What is causing all of the smaller explosions near the mobs when you hit them?
I believe you're talking about the victimize key passive. It causes explosions on lucky hit.
Can someone explain please why is Cutthroat crit chance is a thing in this build? I have spent an hour looking through the build but other than Dash nothing is tagged as "cutthroat". I just like to understand as vulnerable damage temper makes more sense at first glance.
There is non in the planner, any on the gear i have is a bricked item because the temper didn´t go my way. You only want vulnerable dmg on cutthroat tempers, but i do explain that in the video and planner
@@Mordarim Hi, yes but the planner must have gotten updated as when I started my rogue yesterday the planner had Cutthroat crit chance temper on all weapons and rings/ amulett. Anyway I was lucky I only tempered that on low lvl gear then I rewatched your video :D

Im lvl 80 and was going to use sky hunter, then it takes away 7k dmg, and I don't need that 1st shot to crit hit, it will in the speed itself. But I'm afraid to change over to heartseeker at lvl 80, so shuld I wait and get low things done 1st, like upping the para board, and do low pits, I havent seen a single +4 to all item roll, how do you roll actually? Im 27k dmg, 18k life, 17ke armor and running rapid now. Im solo so no clan etc. Should I wait longer?
And I use shadow dmg, I noticd you don't use cold or anything, just heartsekeer, lol. Build a side build on the side?
Can this build quickly down normal lilith before she does her deadly waves?
I killed Lilith with this build with various modifications overall just preferences. However, if your life is over 35k you can tank some of her waves. I typically stunned her prior to the first adds spawning and then fully killed her after first add spawn. Her waves are very easy to avoid though with practice. Echo on the other hand takes some sets and reps to get down. But if I can do it anyone can. Good luck hope this helps.
Why is concealment better than shadow step? So you can walk up to specific enemies in a pack?
End game meta, specific elites will have damage resistance auras so need to be taken down fast cuz of dungeon timer

Shift lets your Charakter stand still when you left click. You can bind this to a different key.
I’m a little confused. Why am I putting 7 full points into dark shroud, but then don’t have it on the skill bar ?

I haven't really been able to play for a couple weeks... i started with this build and i think an earlier version of it called for vulnerable damage on the gear tempering. Now i'm logging back in and checking the build and all of the tempering has changed from vulnerable to cut-throat critical chance? Do i need to find all new gear now or is vulnerable still a viable tempering?
What is the reasoning behind changing to cut throat crit chance? The only cut throat skill we use is dash, no?

I am looking at the planner and do not see this change. All the tempering affixes are vulnerable dmg and i can´t replicate it in any browers i used. I was extremely confused when i first read this comment, but i guess its a bugg with mobalytics. I will put in a new planner in the description and get back to you once i have done so. I will also talk to the mobalytics team.
So i have a question about heartseeker projectiles cast twice tempering, so basically if u have on your bow 100% chance for projectiles to cast twice, u can change that tempering on swords ? or does it stacks for multiple projectiles over and over again, or it just works once and the more u have just give a better chance to cast ?
It caps at 100%

Acutally I am undecided about accursed touch. Yes it does apply vulnerable but I have it on a ring as "lucky hit to make enemy vulnerable" which procs often enough. And it allows me to run with another damage aspect like Inner Calm or Concussive Strikes - both which should add a considerable amount of dps but I lose one stat on the rings (like Attack speed, lucky hit or crit chance). I am not sure what would be better. Any opinions? Aspect of Accursed Touch + an additional stat on the ring or miss out on the stat but add another damage aspect?
I very much like it for consistency reasons. I know the lucky hit to proc it on rings is great, but i don´t think we would get much dmg out of it. Inner Calm just straight up sucks to use and basically only works when bosses are staggered since we have to much so much. Infiltrator with poison trap instead of shadow clone or Blast trapper would be much better in that case, however i also can see the benefit of another offensive stat. In that case i would prefer to go with a dex, lucky hit, attackspeed ring and would drop dex for the vulnerable proc. This is roughly 10% less dmg without an offensive aspect, but as mentioned before i can´t see any offensive aspect that would be better here.
Why do you have cutthroat tampers on the moba but no skills use it?? Or trigger cutthroat please explain

Aspect. It stores souls and releases them for more DMG. It was a s2 vampire power that made its way into an aspect.

it would be useful mentioning that this build is working on the glyph exploit you will use around level 85 following your recommendation of paragon boards. You say it as a sidenote in Minute 18 of your video, so at the very end and its not mentioned anywhere in the build on Mobalytics... this would be a CRUCIAL information.
The build works perfectly fine before that with accursed touch. I leveled this one from lvl 1 to near 100 using the setup in the lvl section on moba

Small question is it better to run bow on 2H for the attack speed or crossbow for the vulnerable?
i changed today to a Bow, before i had a crossbow. Both masterwork 12 with decent rolls. and i say go with Bow, the boost in attack speed goes hard

@@heydaye but i also have to say that on my old crossbow the vulnerable was not the maximum and on the new bow it was a greater affix so i not only got more attack speed with the new bow.. also my overall vulnerable was pushed a lot. Also depends on your masterwork rolls etc. Just try both in same pit tiers one after another to feel the differences! that helps a lot
@@VELVET462 I've been doing my testing on Lilith and I gotta say the bow is definitely better, I think it's because of the weapon mastery passive that makes up for the difference w the damage to vuln.
@@heydaye Nice to hear! Yea for me too, in the end you will get faster speed to proc victimize, to heal faster and more, and also to get your shroud stacks fast if you get hit by enemies. Overall it feels a lot sharper

Victimize is literally the fastest and furthest pushing build the rogue has. However, rapid fire and surprisingly penetratibg shot are both also insanely strong build capable of high pushes. Its more about what you like best at this point.

Why does the build planner have poison trap?
Pinned comment and the planner both have sections for this. The shadow is bugged
my only problem with this build is that for some reason it sometimes out of nowhere just stops proccing victimize even tho i have 60% lucky hit chance and when i do pit bosses they just arent vulnerable for whatever reason
How did you get up to 60% lucky hit? Both my crit hit and lucky hit are like 30-35% :/

the dmg on your chart only really counts the dps on your weapons. this build is built around scaling vulnerable bonus on heartseeker and there's no tooltip that is going to tell you how much dps that is.
Feels weird to skip so many Legendary Nodes in the boards. :(

I would like to know this as well... usually people slot 6 skills including the dark shroud but then don't slot dark shroud. Umbrous aspect gives free dark shroud on critical strikes... i'm wondering if that just fully procs dark shroud skill? Otherwise i don't understand haha
The aspect on the chest "uses" it for you. No need to have it on the bar
In Diablo 4, Aspects that give/summon abilities to/for you, fully benefit from all the skillpoints you put into them without having to put that particular skill on the bar.
For Rogues the Umbrous Aspect gives us Dark Shroud, which fully benefit from the skillpoints you've put into it, without you having to put it on your skillbar, it's basically a free seventh skill.
I kinda don't like you call it "perfected"... I wouldn't agree on few points, let me explain:
1. Perfect tempers on swords would be double caltrops duration and skip size and just play well to keep the boss in the trap, what do we gain with that? Well if your caltrops last 20 + seconds instead of 10 you stack up the multiplicative dmg taken from caltrops that accumulates overtime and it stays maxed out for way longer = more value in very high tier pits.
Edit : also with Shako caltrops multiplicative dmg taken bonus goes up to 60% + instead of 45% which is even better and more important to masterwork caltrops duration etc since u fish for boss that don't jump around anyways to push as high as possible
2. Shadow res temper over dodge is a waste tbh because for example my build where i pushed to rank 2 leaderboard in Wudijo Pit competition I capped my res with an insence ( was missing 10 % cold, rest was capped ).
3. Vampiric Touch is not perfected affix...perfected is having a ring with "lucky hit : make enemies vulnerable on hit" which works fine if you are playing Bow and having only 1 of that affix on your ring, that allows you to use Inner Calm aspect for x30% mulitplicative dmg.
4. Talking about rings, why do you say Dexterity is BIS, I don't think Dex is better than lucky hit/vuln/as, having these 3 stats is 1000% better, if you think its not, please explain me why, I genuinely wanna know.
5. Concealment is total waste of an ability slot imo...Shadowstep is enough to break CC, instead of Conealment I'd suggest Poison Trap like 100000%. Here is why, first of all when you cast Poison trap you do not stun yourself ( no cast time ) u place it while moving, sometimes its nice to engage with dash into instant poison trap to knock them down and caltrops on top and start blasting them while they are all knocked and grouped, then u connect cc and blast the entire pack without it moving. When you just caltrops, they move around a lot, also u get all the trap synergy for crit etc from poison trap.Concealment barely gets clicked at all...and unstoppable of it only works while u are stealthed, if u attack after it which u kinda have to do to not waste time on boss or high pit tier trash clear its meh...In my tier 123 clear I always have shadowstep cd to get out of cc if needed, never found myself stuck in cc to need Conealment...
6. Shadow Clone? Really? Bro xD explanation "We pick shadow clone for double damage" man if Shadow Clone really was double damage every single rogue ever would use it lmao...it's AWFUL ability to use, its awful dmg, total waste...test it some more and ask around, you will see man...or simply trust me
Is actually love to see your build layout! I’ve been running heartseeker as a level 100 rogue but the Uber bosses are too much. Although I don’t have the Uber helm yet
I agree with most of what you say, posted a comment about the Vampiric Touch myself since I had the same thought - having it on the ring is better. And Shadow Clone, yeah I also think it is not that great. However why do you prefer Shadowstep over Concealment? You need an enemy to jump to, Concealment you can always use.

2. Depends on the board you are running.
3. Why would you run inner calm? Vampiric touch does a fair bit of dmg during the clear, so its not all wasted. I would potentially run infiltrator in combination with concealment to setup everything a bit better. Inner Calm i can´t agree with. I was wondering why people pick this aspect on any build, but could not see any substaintial increase in cleartime. It falls of instantly, does not build up most of the time, you have to be completely static for this, as explained by f.e. Baskenater.
4. It highly depends on the amount of dexterity you have. It acts as its own dmg bucket, meaning the more you have, the more dmg you deal. Lucky hit chance, attackspeed and crit is already on one ring and you gloves. The critchance for this build without 12 masterworks or greater affixes is already at 72%, which would go up to around 80 with maxed out stuff. Getting more is just much less impactful, same with attackspeed, without the adequate base dmg to scale.
5. I do not agree with this one at all. It offers you a great way to reposition, pick out targets, skip packs that are too dangerous, and does not need a target to use on.
6. I agree. Tested it and its bugged, once giving you exactly 1% more dmg. Thats giga bad and i should have payed more attention to the numbers. perception bias at its finest, instead of would slot in poison trap and shuffle around some points for the added 12% crit chance, which would bring us to 84%, basically making the added crit chance on the ring slot even worse. However, looking back at this now i don´t think its worth it at all to go into crit here. We get 25% through inner calm which would bring us to 100% anyway. The additional attackspeed per poisoned enemies could be much much better.
@@falc410 Shadowstep is 9 seconds cooldown, Concealment is 20 seconds cooldown, with SHS you can reposition exactly where u want to be most of the time, which is behind the danger, behind the boss/mob and as soon as he shoots at my screen while I'm cc'd or even if i'm not cc'd I can just reposition exactly behind the boss, do my new caltrops and jump backwards and start shooting, knowing on that side behind the boss there is like 99.9% nothing happening, and u gain 2 sec movement speed to move further if you have to, it's more reliable against snake trash monsters/rare packs who shoot that green thing and stun you often, you would have really cd to get out of every single one of them, with Concealment I doubt it, and using "Hectic" aspect is a waste as well for high tier pit so you'd much rather have lower cd break. I constnatly say "higher tier pits" because he named video perfected 100 +
@@RobertsFile Uber bosses should not be hard, I did carries for 2 man all week, just keep working on it and get your masterwork done to 12/12 and do ROTA's for more value in Ubers, you don't have to do them solo

No way to fit it. The lucky hit heal can also proc multiple times per attack, combined with potions we are sustaining well enough.

See this looks like fun but how are people hitting for billions of damage yet this is barely gitting 1 million?
slow down the video. there are hits for 20-40 million in there. i just hit so many times, you don´t see the big numbers very well. Also barb and necro are just build different
The basic skill does around 900 000 and 3 000 000 the big damage come from the victimize passive that is always a white little number and these are proking up 80 000 000 ( not on his video on better heart seeker build ) but he do does some 30 000 000 damage with his victimize passive

If your looking for some og classes like twistinf blades or melee its joever rogue melee been dead since season 1 all you will see is ranged dominated by heart seeker
I personally run this victimize build but use puncture instead. You do not have the safety in range but I find that i shadow step in cc everything and kill everything. Bossing looks like a little less damage but stun phases are everything
