For me it was over commiting to friends, family and others until I was burnt. Well, I noticed this and start learning how to say No to people. I am glad that I am fully committed to prioritizing myself now, it wasn't easy but I worked on it intentionally. Thank you❤

As the eldest daughters of an African household i’ve been functioning wayyyy in my masculine energy and it has not work in my advantage further in life. So now i’m finding ways to be more feminine. This ‘I’m sorry’ is one I’m currently battling with cause I always said it as a way of being polite or showing concern/ empathy to others in challenging situations…. But I’ve come to see that it’s not the right usage for it when I started meeting more people from other races
Now that you’ve set the intention to stop, different situations will come up to help you do that, so watch out for those situations and use them for practice. If you make a mistake, forgive yourself quickly and look out for the next time 🤍
