Notice you have been using two yarns together. Can you explain as my pattern only uses one. Tk u

the pattern calls for worsted-weight yarn and I didn't have anything suitable, so I used two thinner yarns to get the gauge. I also wanted a more natural marled effect, so I used one solid and one variegated yarn.
