Masterclass with Double Bass maestro from the Berlin Philharmonic, Edicson Ruiz. Recorded on the 22nd of September 2018 at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University
I get your point, but I like hearing my instrument played by the master. It is truly amazing how effortless, and beautiful, Edicson sounds on the student's instrument.
@@mark-stefaniwI absolutely agree, I’ve blamed many things on my instrument in the past only for a teacher to play it in a lesson or masterclass and realise the problem was with myself the whole time
Thank you for this!
.....like Eliot Lee: Thank You!!!
first note f sharp or e?
Solo tuning, strings are all tuned up a whole tone so an E is written but an F# sounds.
But please....teachers... when you’re doing masterclasses you’ve got to have your own instrument... ask to students for one...come on!
